@Shawhelp It's now been three straight weeks where we've had an outage at some point in the day. Can't believe what I'm paying for this service, and I'm losing money on the other end because I can't work from home without it.

My 2 year contract with @ShawHelp is about to expire, and they have been harassing me to sign another 2 year contract with no incentive for me. Every time they call I tell them not to call again, but they keep calling at least weekly. What a terrible way to treat a customer.

@ShawInfo so frustrating, day 3 of no internet. Makes working from home so difficult. Do you think I should be using my personal data, when I pay for home internet? Need a better fix than just “restarting the modem”.

@Shawhelp Is there something going on with the internet/TV in the Edmonton area? TV was unwatchable last night and internet was atrocious - about 7 mb/s down. Better this am but I’m only getting about 44 down and 4.9 up on the 300 plan which should be much closer to 300/15
