@Shawhelp not sure what's going on. But for a week my internet has been good for about 6 hours or so. Then late at night it goes to crap. Wifi is on and can connect to modem but have no internet access. Started last Monday and was good until Friday.

@KDukewich @Shawhelp Forget it. Similar situation (not even a power outage) and the page promised an update at 10:51am. It's now past 2, no service, no updates. The help account just tells us to check the page for updates. That has no information or updates
