    Shaw has the worst service. After being overcharged for 3 months, I contact billing and 2 holds later I am on hold again indefinitely, with no idea where I will end up. What a huge waste of time and crappy customer service. @ShawInfo

    And now @TELUSsupport has set up a technician appointment to my home Tuesday afternoon after me explaining the problem is the (burnt) cable for the neighbourhood not just me. And I’ll get charged $150 for this?!? No. I’ll switch to @ShawInfo.

    @Shawhelp When I go to play a show from my PVR I am getting a downloaded to another device message and it needs to be returned to PVR before I can watch it. I don’t have anything downloaded to a phone? How do I fix this?

    @mizmayette About 10 years ago @Shawhelp had e-fax for business which was nice as we didn't want to get a fix physical line and wasn't sure if our all-in-one needed something extra for fax - luckily fax is no longer needed is document can be attached or online form available
