    Another disappointing customer service experience with @ShawInfo. Cable down for the second time in 3 weeks and unable to send service until Friday. Will miss local news and live sports for the next 3 nights I guess. Unacceptable.

    @Kristinnuendo @Shawhelp Yeah, they've done that to me as well. Gotta dedicate a day to stuff like this it seems. Doesn't help they've laid off techs instead of hiring more.

    Thank you, Jeannette. You are a valuable employee and @ShawInfo should be grateful to have people like you in customer service. Unlike the sales team that looted my 88 year old Mum who said she didn’t watch that many games anyway. (So why the upsell on the internet pkg?)
