@Shawhelp Unable to connect to internet. I moved into a new place a week ago, I been using my roommate's wifi with no problem until yesterday afternoon. Both cell and laptop can connect to wifi, but it's not connected to internet, but my roommate can use wifi no problem.

@Shawhelp 4 years as a shaw customer and I upgrade to Fibre+ only to find out port forwarding is basically not possible anymore. Tech support said they won't help. Very unimpressed.

@Shawhelp My family has been dealing with issues from you for over 2 months, we have had 5-10 service members out to bandaid the problem. Obviously we still have issues as the problem is not being addressed. Replacing a router won’t fix a faulty underground line in our area…
