    @Shawhelp All Shaw services down in Grand Forks, BC with no eta given. Updates still say the same thing: techs can’t access the site. Is this fire-related? Is there any more info?

    @Shawhelp We ‘may be’ experiencing an outage? Try again. We ARE experiencing an outage & you guys didn’t come clean on what was happening until a couple of hours ago.

    @Shawhelp And good luck seeing anything if it’s out for a couple days too, still paying your full bill even though you’re not getting the service. Shaw officially sucks now and has zero customer service left. Sad but true
