@Shawhelp I’m seeing a constant Audio drop on CTV daily with occasional picture drop , I’m X cable tech 33 yrs these types of issues would be on the top of list to resolve

@Shawhelp TBH, I'd switch companies already as6mbps DL internet just doesn't work during work from home orders for weeks if not months at a time. The wife is far more forgiving than I am. Perhaps we could switch and come back after you guys get around to working your stuff out next month.
