@EMachinee @Shawhelp Super disappointing - 8 weeks of non-service. I wonder how many others are in the same on and off cycle with Shaw

  • cloutier68 Monique Cloutier (@cloutier68) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@stephenbraverm1 @Jen_Newsted @Shawhelp I could use an upgrade for my internet too. Never seems to get around to do this though.

  • Lizzzola Elizabeth Sande (@Lizzzola) reported from Airdrie, Alberta

@Shawhelp I’ve had this discussion with Shaw a million times. Our modem is placed fine, all your techs who have visited have said so. It’s literally in the middle of our main floor. No cement anywhere. We tried it upstairs awhile ago but that caused streaming problems in the main floor.

  • tazimdamji Tazim Damji (@tazimdamji) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

@Shawhelp hi my modem seems to be down 😣

  • TomGautreau Thomas Gautreau (@TomGautreau) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

Dealt with Shaw for forty yrs and thought would give Telus a try on a new service. BIG MISTAKE ! Mon. I called C/ S they told me they would call me in 48 hours or less to deal with problem. No call. @TELUS @Shawhelp Telus customer service offshore. Shaw is in Canada.

  • wrongasparagus Erin Frances Fisher (@wrongasparagus) reported from Victoria, British Columbia

Hello @Shawhelp the internet is down again! From your site it doesn't look like a scheduled outage

  • natebannerman Nathan (@natebannerman) reported from Calgary, Alberta

It would be really nice if either @Shawhelp or @freedomsupport could (a) come fix our internet before Tuesday or (b) provide unlimited data instead of having to buy a one time pass 🙃 #firstworldproblems

  • mgamble Matthew Gamble (@mgamble) reported from Oakville, Ontario

@Mark_Goldberg @TELUS @ShawInfo No, I’m only talking about fiber in the ground. It needs to be treated like a utility, not like a competitive service. We don’t need to rip up streets twice and run multiple cables to each home. And if the government is funding it, it 💯 percent needs to be open access.
