    @Shawhelp Website says it is fixed but that is absolutely not the case. Bad messaging so far. Very little detailed info. Many of us rely on internet access for work. I get awful cell service where I live. If weather related outage is understandable. If it’ Shaw related, let us know.

    @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp Does it do that on every single TV or just one? Also when you say you need to 'unplug the box' is that just the little box or have you tried to cold reboot the main router? I find mine gets laggy at times and voice command/pvr sucks I have to hard reboot the main box.

    @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp I *** a smokin deal from Telus for all services. High speed internet, Optik TV, phone and security. Plus free Prime, Netflix and Crave almost 2yrs ago. Shaw customer for ever before. Customer service is ok. Once you wait or get a call back they solve stuff well. Do it.

    @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp It's been alright, I had some issues w one TV (was a 2nd we had connected w wireless box) and took a long time for the right installer to know what was wrong, but got the right guy and works awesome....CS has been good too.

    @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp I had Shaw for a week and the picture quality was so bad. They attempted to make everything better installing old wired equipment and that didn’t help. Went back to Telus again and all was good. I am having some router issues though now. Haven’t had time to call them.

    @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp Telus is just as bad. I have had to call every month since my contract began as billing is always incorrect. It’s been 6 months! Ugggh

    @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp In the past I've worked for all the major telecoms, except Shaw, in either sales or management. I can say for certain that customer service across the board is in a dismal state. Companies seem to care more about making MORE profit than about delivering excellent customer care.

    @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp We have Telus and the customer service is a struggle. Waiting two hours to get through or get a call back. I know Telus has a great customer retention dept . Try calling Telus
