    @ShawInfo we are very unhappy with your customer service today. Internet/tv issues all day - no info on your site about service disruptions, can’t reach anyone on chat, waited on phone to finally speak to an agent and told there is a planned 4 day upgrade that is unlisted??

    Tweet your MP and tell them you want the @rogers buyout of @ShawInfo stopped by the @CRTCeng!!! This outage shows they dont invest enough in their own infrastructure, instead focusing on acquisitions to improve their monopoly of lacklustre service.

    @Shawhelp No reason to DM anyone. This is not an issue on my end. My neighbours have the same issues over the last 3 days. Get a tech looking into it. The problem lasts a few hours and corrects itself (so far)

    @Shawhelp I left that crap company a year ago to switch to Shaw wireless and I have never been happier with my service, billing and cell plan. I know you have nothing to do with if Shaw is sold to them but please please please don’t let that company buy Shaw 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

    @ronipedia @Shawhelp Same here. Confirmed with tech support that there is an outage. No timeline for restoration of service.
