@Shawhelp This does not explain how a multi-billion dollar corporation, with customers province-wide, does not have a plan in place for network redundancy in the event of a catastrophe. Redundancy is a must in the ISP world, especially to avoid these types of issues.

@Shawhelp It has now been over 40 hours since the #internet was down. This is not acceptable. We are living in year 2021. All the other areas in #langley have their internet back except for my neighbourhoods. @CTVVancouver @NEWS1130

@Shawhelp Just went past fire site and there were ZERO Shaw vehicles visible. The “following few hours” are passing by here without service. Realize you’re just passing on what you’re told but are you starting to wonder if what Shaw Comms management is telling you is a bunch of nonsense?

@NEWS1130 @ShawInfo @Shawhelp This Shaw outage is the third major outage that we've experienced in the last month. Why would a single fire cripple all Shaw services? Completely unacceptable.... Especially when people are working from home and cannot access anything externally!

@Shawhelp when can we expect service to be restored in the Willoughby Langley area? Trying to stay patient given the circumstances but 0 services for this long is making things difficult.

@Shawhelp @PatrickSelby3 @shawhelp why should we have to request a service credit? We have been without connection for 31 hours now. We should expect to see it on our billing statement to reflect the outage

@Shawhelp Maybe get your **** in order. Because there's no reason for my internet to only work 30 minutes a day
