@Cdblesch @Shawhelp @TELUS @TELUSsupport Well.... @cabralda couldn’t fix it. He’s been trying... actually. I was getting 24... when max was supposedly at lest 100... with internet 300. Now with bluecurve... no internet at all.

@Jfthomp94 @ShawInfo Definitely not, I’ve been using Telus for a while now, and as their customer, it’s been pretty solid. Equipment worked on arrival. In my experience, chat is just there for upsell.

  • Franbot_Hungry Fransanity (@Franbot_Hungry) reported

@DarkMaatta @ShawInfo You can probably fix it by switching providers. There are more than one!!!

@OrangeLiliom @Shawhelp Good on you. It’s unfortunate that you have to go on twitter to get issues looked at or resolved.

  • Franbot_Hungry Fransanity (@Franbot_Hungry) reported

@BoBriand @ShawInfo Yo man, you should check out Telus. They probably have better 3rd tier peers out there, and you’ll be able to fix that latency back.
