  @Gojetsgo8 @ShawInfo Sorry, but the service tech was either - 1. Wrong. They aren't necessarily the top of the tech food chain. 2. oversimplifying things for you. Those attenuators drop the signal so the modem can communicate in a power range they are tuned for. That's it.

  Hey, is anyone @Shawhelp even remotely able to do their job? 40 minute hold to check the status of my internet connection and a reason as to why the internet is down and has been for over an hour.
