Shaw Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • deepend_tc deepend (@deepend_tc) reported

@shawinfo @Rogers will invest 6.5 billion in Western Canada to build "critically needed 5G networks" Who fcking asked for 5G. Spend money improving overall coverage would be a better solution. Speeds of current wireless is only crap where coverage is weak. 5G wont solve it.

  • Nosadchy Not_souldoubt (@Nosadchy) reported

@AlbertaatNoon yes I've already made plans to cancel my @ShawInfo account if and when this merger goes through. All this will do is make Brad shaw an even richer person. Customers will suffer, and people will lose jobs.

  • Stringfellowww Stringfellow573 (@Stringfellowww) reported

@ShawInfo @thehackergals Will prices come down? That is what thousands of customers are asking? In many provinces. In many different cities. The burning question remains. 6 Billion dollars needs to be replaced. The interest rate and payment is very high.

  • littlevoice1242 Brian Dyck (@littlevoice1242) reported

It would be nice if @ShawInfo updated their Support Articles. So many ones out of date that it is hard to find answers about products that I'm interested in!

  • kmiddley Kirsty Middleton (@kmiddley) reported

@Shawhelp I like how you leave the @CRTCeng out of your reply. I’m sure they already know how bad your reputation is.

  • labyxo TeamLabyxo (@labyxo) reported

@ShawInfo helps me a lot. Except that I don't solve my problems

  • xiflr ً (@xiflr) reported

@Shawhelp why are you going to bed despite the issue not being fixed

  • trrrevor Trevor (@trrrevor) reported

@Shawhelp @VallisMeg It seems to be just Lightspeed on vancouver island that is down, not @Shawhelp . No ETA.

  • Pokeballz007 Harry ✨TL40x3✨ (@Pokeballz007) reported

@Shawhelp How can I lower my bill, I was receiving an “offer” which has apparently expired. What offers do you have now for a 20+ year customer?

  • okrelaz okrelaz (@okrelaz) reported

@ShawInfo thanks for not notifying me of my last bill and then allowing it go to collections. Terrible @ShawDirect
