  @Shawhelp Internet has been down for almost a day (Day!) now in Guildford in Surrey, B.C. The last update was at 1:15 pm. Could we get a definitive ETA instead of stringing information? Providing more info is the least you could do at the moment, which you haven't done so far.

  @cdnstudent @Shawhelp This is happening on all channels, my wife is trying to watch tv (not hockey) and this is happening. Are you going to fix it @Shawhelp or are you just fixing it on tsn

  @GrantLawrence @TSNHockey No issues with streaming on AppleTV via the TSN app. There is a massive Shaw outage in BC since this morning so that may have something to do with it if you are a @Shawhelp customer.

  My god, @Shawhelp has the worst customer service on the planet. Can't watch the #WorldJuniors, TV is black, and they don't employ human beings anymore. Guess the switch to @TELUS is going to happen sooner than we thought
