    @Shawhelp second time in less than two months that our wifi has gone down "can not authenticate connection" we reset everything and call you guys but its always the same issue. Im this close to convincing my mom to cancel shaw and switch to another service provider.

    Dear Shaw.. Why do you hate me!? Why does my cable go down everytime I try to watch a hockey game. It's literally the only reason I have cable. 😑 @Shawhelp
