Youd think @shawinfo would be better at insuring that their employees are properly trained. I gave him many opportunities to come clean and be honest. He is a liar, I am sick of it. I know him from many phone calls, he is not a good person to help me and no one will because of it

@Shawhelp Hi. For the past SEVERAL months we have been having issues with our home internet and cable. The cable and internet cut out on a more than frequent basis. SEVERAL techs have now been over time and the problem is still not resolved....
