    @Shawhelp Do we know why it went from a 40 to a 90 a few months ago and is about as fast as it would be if it routed through Ontario? It rrally seems like this is a messed up ping issue.

    Dear @Shawhelp, If you suggest I upgrade my wifi to 1 gig download speeds, what kind of speeds should I expect? Because the fancy new modem you sent me is delivering the same speeds as the last modem. I went from 500 mb to 200 sometime last fall and it's never been the same.

    @Shawhelp @demonprophet Darren, I've been watching for nearly 2 yrs now and he's had issues like this WEEKLY that entire time. Being an ex-tech, he's able to give your company far more insight to the problem than your avg customer, but continues to be ignored. Speaking bluntly, thats pretty pathetic.
