@Shawhelp We where waiting on the computer as well as a phone call for over three hours. We are currently back on with a rep but 3 hours? A complete joke and very disappointing. There is no excuse for this poor customer service.

Seriously regret installing @Shawhelp Blue Curve TV in October. On the phone with them constantly, complete garbage. Don't do it.
