    Why yes my internet (hi @ShawInfo !) Has been down all day and my phone and my tv but luckily I have 10 GB of unused @TELUS mobility data b/c of Covid. (P.S. don’t @ me Crown Monopolies).

    So I’m normally very happy with my service, but @ShawInfo @Shawhelp after ~18hrs without home internet or phone, I’m questioning why an issue “due to Hydro related difficulties” still isn’t fixed. Cmon guys, I pay too much for you to mess around. It’s finals season too......

    @LoyalWolfy @Shawhelp My internet is still throttled down to 14mbps down and 17mbps up. Paying for their Fibre+ plan of 1gif down and 100mbps up.

    I’ve been sitting in various parking lots all day today because of the @ShawInfo outage and because @TELUS ‘ LTE network doesn’t apparently reach my house. FUN.
