Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported@Shawhelp - I pay internet just to have it cut out for close to an hour every day when I come home from work. If this continues, Iβm going to ask for a discounted rate, or change providers to either @Bell or @TELUS. $110 dollars for this kind of service is uncalled for.

π "Nemo saltat sobrius" π (@K_O_cowtown) reported@Shawhelp hey are you having issues? Audio keeps dropping off on anything I record and sometime recording just freezes.
-
OC_2030 (@oc_2030_vision) reported@Shawhelp No. It looks like someone found the issue when they came back to work on Monday β¦ next time, please just have someone go to a TV and check for me please. Sometimes the easy way can be easy β¦

Curtis Tomiuk (@TomiukCurtis) reportedHey @Shawhelp why has my internet gone down 2 times in the last week? Not very impressed.
-
D (@superdaddoo) reportedPSA: Filed a CCTS complaint against @Rogers & Shaw (@ShawInfo) today. Shaw/Rogers has stated that their internet infrastructure in my community is unable to provide the 2Gbps download speeds during peak times. 50% to 70% bandwidth loss in peak times. But charging people for it.

ππΈ (@cartfullofcats) reported@Shawhelp Not even really the point. It looks like you've broken our contract with no explanation. But we'll look into our options.

Jonathan Mason (@masonstcc) reported@shaw @shawhelp So literally nothing is working properly. Service is terrible at best. Not sure this post will even go thru. I pay lots per month and need way better service.
-
Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@M_S_Fricker @ShawInfo @RogersHelps The average time I've been on hold for tech support is 45 min+. Rogers doesn't want you to get any help from a human being - they want you to do everything online yourself despite the fact most tech problems can't be helped online. And the music sucks!
-
Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported@Shawhelp We did it all. It turned out Shaw hadn't properly registered the devices. 2 hours spent on the 'easy swap out' new modem (1 hr w tech support). Worse problems with the TV swapout, still unresolved. 1 hr trying everything, 1 hr waiting for tech support, 1 hour w it. New box needed

Ziad π· Fazel π¨π¦πΊπ¦π (@ZiadFazel) reported@Shawhelp Youβve admitted you canβt access my account. So what good is sending you a DM? This is my real name. Tell your management to look up my file in your records and fix the problem identified and admitted in your own logs. Entire problem + solution are WITHIN @Rogers. So fix it.
