@Shawhelp I've spent the last 40 minutes trying to get "My Shaw" and then online to work. Reinstalled, restarted app 5 times, never did work, 3 times online, all times rebooted phone,it finally worked. I'm a senior, my time on earth is limited, just wanted to pay my damn bill.

It took me years to get away from Rogers and the horrible, skyrocketing service and costs. Now with the takeover of Shaw here we go again. Canadians pay more than any other country and we have just lost what little competition was left. CRTC waste of money. @ShawInfo @Rogers

@TELUS @LadyDuskcaller Your customer service thinks it's funny to transfer and disconnect. I have been trying for days and this morning for hours. Our @Shawhelp modem/router just did a hard crash. No internet AND refused to connect to devices. Thankfully a power cycle seems to have resolved whatever the issue is, along with restarting my computers.

@Shawhelp I unplugged your internet. It sucks because I was using it or trying to and I am already bothered. :( It just would not connect to anything from my search results. I don't care actually because my landlord is being a jerk and I am moving. It sucks how it makes me feel
