  @Shawhelp I'm not getting a dhcp lease from your network. First level tried rebooting the modem. A tech is coming out tommorow but is there anything else you're able to do?. Neywork connection just dropped an hour ago. Nothing changed on my end

  Total number of @TELUSsupport people I’ve spoken to today: 10. Total time in hold: 2 hours and counting. Resolution of issues: 25% (I think). Degree of satisfaction 0%. @ShawInfo looking good.

  @Shawhelp Are their any WiFi issues in Calgary, specifically Bankview? My WiFi has been terrible off and on for a week and really bad today.
