  @Shawhelp I have two boxes connected and it is the same seven channels on both boxes. The only thing on that page that might help is bypassing the splitter - but would the splitter affect only seven channels? (HD - I didn't check the pointless SD channels)

  @Shawhelp Your Tech team already looked and doesn’t have a fix for my area except that they are aware of it and are fixing it. Everyday I ask.
