    @Shawhelp I work from home. I can’t wait till wednesday! K have an overbooking request yet nothing. The modem is dead just need a new modem. No sc is trouble shooting is needed.

    @Shawhelp I have a Gateway box and all of a sudden the timeline on recordings and for shows has disappeared so can't see how much I am fast forwarding. Also, the "Last" button on the remote doesn't work. Why is that?

    @smallsmallhope @CraveHelp Same here. We were booted out around 7 pm mountain. Now I can’t log in to Crave on my Apple TV or my iPhone app. I don’t know if this is a Crave problem or an @Shawhelp problem.

    @ShawInfo service is horrid. Outages 3x/day the past 10 days. Again now at 8:15 pm tonight
