The answer from @ShawInfo: Good morning! I'm sorry to hear about the poor experience! The BlueCurve modem is not discontinued. Only the older Hitron modem is discontinued and we would still like them back! (1)

@Shawhelp Dunno what time your webpage staff come in but the outages on your website arent posted. I called about 2 hours ago and they said downtown Vancouver is having issues but still 0 reports on the Shaw page.

@Shawhelp worst support service ever. Outages? Can’t find them. Chat.. slowest response from agent ever.. literally stalling the chat. Phone.. automatic hang up after 15 minutes..

I am sitting here at my moms place at her internet speed is disturbingly slow. Called @Shawhelp to ask what gives and I am embarrassed by the plans and customer service offered. Hey @TELUSsupport think you can help my mom out? Looking for basic internet that’s at a decent speed.

I don’t know why but it appears once again this month my internet has gone down through @ShawInfo. This is extremely frustrating while trying to do final projects in school and just overall live my life.
