@FP_Champagne last Friday-Sat Shaw internet & cable @ShawInfo were down in the north half of Calgary #yyc for at least 17 hours. The big 3 CDN telecoms continue to fail their customers and if @Bell & Shaw merge it will certainly get worse. Please investigate this outage.

Shaw internet and cable in my part of NW Calgary just came back on after a 17 hour outage - way too long an outage @ShawInfo! And the first thing we saw on our tv as it came back was an ad from Shaw about reliable service- kind of galling!

@Shawhelp I've been keeping an eye out for updates on your website, and they're pretty scarce. I understand that the repairs will take time, but it would be nice to have something to reference. Even knowing what the issue is would help, right now your customers have nothing to go off.

Hey Shaw Your customer service SUCKS It is NOT convenient for customers to to pack up equipment after they cancel your services when we live in Winnipeg & a drop off would be much easier This is all about what is easier for Shaw not customers Not impressed @ShawInfo

@Shawhelp some guys came out to “fix” our internet, unannounced, now the internet doesn’t work and you can’t get someone out here until friday. I could get a different provider here faster than that. wtf
