@Shawhelp I had a rep call today and end the call "what is the point in talking with you". It is an abusive way to talk with an existing customer just because you cannot sell what you want. Where do I complain?

@thepancakejake @Shawhelp That is incredibly pathetic, I’m so sorry you had to go through that. That alone makes me want to just cancel. I was told when I chatted to them essentially that you only choice was to pay a 3 month early cancellation fee. Very compassionate for 10 year customers.

@Shawhelp is there an issue in Sherwood Park? We have blue curve and were showing that it's connected but we have no TV and internet is extremely slow. My husband keeps getting kicked off his work calls!

@Shawhelp There's always troubles with your services. Got new boxes, they all do it..... We pay too much for so many issues. My mom's is the exact same. Get tired of calling,messaging.....nothing ever gets resolved.
