    Well @shawhelp at least you guys got it right for a day or two. Turned off the Superbowl before the trophy presentation to go get dinner. Came back, turned on the TV annnnnnnnnd the TV box told me it had no signal on that channel.......again.

    @Shawhelp so after a recent modem upgrade and an hour of troubleshooting with livechat, and forcing a senior citizen to walk up and down the stairs to check on the modem, you're unable to fix a new modem you provided my parents in a timely manner.

    Had @ShawInfo internet installed in August. Wrong cable used for installation + now @Shawhelp won't refund for their error! So much for being a loyal customer! #poorcustomerservice @TELUS looking better all the time

    @ShawHelp too funny. Spend over an hour bouncing around services to finally get an answer to service problem. "Ticket marked urgent 3 to 5 days for response." Thankfully Shaw doesn't run our @BCAmbulance services .. wait .. do they?
