    @Shawhelp I know. You’ve said the same thing to many others. As a remote employee, this is a ridiculous length for an outage and calls to question whether your breaching our agreement to provide the contracted service.

    @Shawhelp well day 2 of no services . Still no real updates other than working hard. Ironically today I received my invoice for payment. How about a truthful response on what is happening and when can I see service resume?

    @RonaldNHughes Yeah we are out too, over 13 hours now. No word from @ShawInfo @Shawhelp on fix time or what happened? Eating up my phone data 🤬 So aggravated. We are calling Telus tomorrow too. I can be patient, but need info first. This radio silence is infuriating, everything OUT!

    @Shawhelp the supervisor hailey was so awful. The lack of any compassion is ridiculous. I will be reaching out to #global #ctv tells me she has no compassion I could have called and paid my bill. Like I’m begging you to listen. Horrible service

    @Shawhelp @ShawInfo can someone help me find the Jubilee that was to be on tv tonight in EDMONTON 2030 or 830pm - What channel is it on if mom has shaw digital cable. Can you help us with this please ? I xant believe its not on more often today in Edmonton.
