@Shawhelp So you’re saying I should order my centre ice package directly from the NHL instead of paying Shaw for the sub standard feed. My friends who bought directly have had no problems with the feed. That tells me it’s Shaw that is the problem.

@Shawhelp, the signal for most channels in North Vancouver is pretty bad. Some satelitte channels (eg CNN, Knowledge) ok but locals & Seattle unwatchable. Picture & sound breaking up. Happens periodically but worse today. Shaw used to be rock solid. What's up?

@Shawhelp More accurately, you train your online representatives to follow a script and logic pattern. They are far to zealous for booking an appointment with a trained technician as they have no knowledge of fixing problems themselves.

@Shawhelp you’re help isn’t very helpful. A part you supplied malfunctioned and I have to pay to replace it. A service you say you provide doesn’t work and customer service gives me the runaround…. Telus is starting to look like a good option right now.
