    @Shawhelp Can you direct me to Shaw satellite on Twitter??? Multiple calls to Shaw service/support has resulted in the same tag line being spewed: “speaking to our partners about it”. Puck drop on the season is in one week. 🤨 @NHL you want more revenue? You want to grow the game? FIX THIS

    Incredibly disappointed in @Shawhelp. Went through several hours of tech support only to have the agent go on break, bring in another agent and start all over again, right when we had resolved it and were looking at booking a site visit. Total waste of HOURS of my time. 😡😡😡

    @Shawhelp My mom has been trying to get a hold of you for a week. Today she was waiting on the phone for 2 hrs & the call was disconnected. Then another hr & was disconnected again. What would be the best way to get a hold of you? This is a time sensitive issue. Thank you! :)
