@Shawhelp why is every part of BC fixed BUT Burnaby with no updates since 5:40 this morning???? I’ve had no wifi for almost three days. BC hydro says there are no outages in Burnaby. Please fix this.

@Shawhelp We have been down since 23rd and we’re told we would be back on after BC Hydro power came back. Power came back after 9 hours but 33 hours later no internet etc. Say they cannot look at until 29th. This is brutal service

@Shawhelp so I was told my area has "degraded services" due to an issue and it has been several days of this. If it's not listed on your site when can I expect my area to get our regular speeds back? I can't play any online game..

@Shawhelp Not impressed with who we in my household have chatted with from Shaw. Telling us we do not have a connection problem when we can hardly use our internet without constant disconnections and then closing our chat claiming to have “resolved the issue.”
