    Honestly if @Shawhelp was more transparent with this whole outage issue people wouldn't be upset. I just want to know if I will need to go to a friend's house with Telus Internet tomorrow for work or if I'm staying home and working. It's not that hard to give somewhat of an eta.

    Hey @Shawhelp Can someone please care to clarify what's happening in surrey, BC. It's almost 24 hrs with no internet service and the wait still continues. What kind of problem is it going on there and when's the expected repair time.

    @Shawhelp From fix in progress a few hours ago to saying that it’s a complex repair. We ain’t gonna get wifi today folks. @Shawhelp please let us know exactly so that we can make other arrangements. My livelihood depends on it.
