@grambowpg @Shawhelp @DolbyCinema I know. Their 4K is brutally compressed or not true 4K. Now a lot of other channels have banding and glitching, I’m assuming they’re having bandwidth issues.

@Shawhelp hey guys it looks like the 4K channels are frozen? Both TSN and Sportsnet appear to be stuck (you can hear audio but no video) Reset my box but didn’t help.

@Shawhelp so I raise my Internet to 1gbps speeds and now I get maybe 500 to 700mbps .so if I lower it down to 300 will say ,will I accually get the speeds I pay for ?

@Shawhelp Yes Nov 10th morning to 7am. It has continued to be down and is still currently down. I have called and messaged and was informed there was an outage they are working on. Would be nice for a site update with relevant information. But I will DM you and delete this if I am wrong

@Shawhelp My Dad has dementia. Says was told Shaw would not send out tech 2nd time. He went elsewhere but never cancelled service, then threw the equipment out. He is not thinking right. Shaw wants $1,400. I called to negotiate something reasonable. You have no heart.
