@Shawhelp 1/ Tried this Shaw Help route 2 weeks ago. 3.5 hours via DM - they couldn't fix via remote, problem escalated by clerk, 3 days later escalation rejected, clerk calls me to tell me that, Shaw sends TWO techies to my home - they don't know how to fix the problem after over an hour

Another customer service fail from @telus. Perhaps it’s time to give @ShawInfo a chance, since Telus locked me into a new contract and doesn’t provide service or proper communication with their customers.

Overage that’s why I’m a happy @Shawhelp customer. We never get data caps. @TELUSsupport fix your god dang system and take out the data caps.

@Shawhelp Says it won't connect to server. Playstation is showing no issues and they said it's probably a problem on my end. I'm having no issues with any other device
