  @Shawhelp @social 5) Your staff are selling a crappy new 3rd party service for a splash page. Via @aislelabs is a baby 👶 corporate company that doesn't reply to tweets promptly. They have a terrible system. I spent 2 hours with a Shaw support staff. Still no Splash Page. I am baffled. Now??

  @Shawhelp @social First off. Apologize for your staff's incompetence before telling me to do something. Now the conversation is getting started. 2) Your tech interrupted my conversation with a tenant saying I can't add Ap’s in their store. Learn some respect you have no right to interrupt.

  I've got no dial tone on my landline phone in downtown #Nanaimo. Anybody else? My lights & internet are fine. Internet & phone are BOTH @Shawhelp. But Shaw piggybacks on Telus infrastructure for phone service I think. Is it possible phone line down but nothing else? Stormy.

  Hey @Shawhelp too bad there’s no retailers handling your services anymore. I can’t get through on the phone line and the live chat recommends I call in. Need to replace a satellite on the outside of the house. This is ridiculous

  @Shawhelp Yeah. There are issues from time to time. Like last NCIS episode had no sound for 3/4 of it's broadcast.
