    @Shawhelp We did, sadly to no help. Was an outrage in 5 streets around us. 3 hour wait!

    @Shawhelp so setting up the new internet and cable boxes, internet set up no issues. Cable boxes have not been able to bring the tv in for the last hour. Asks to reboot/reset each time. Even tried unplugging and nothing. Suggestions?
