@Shawhelp Hi, having a reoccurring issue where wifi just disappears - modem still shows white light like it is working but wifi is just gone, and have to wait a few minutes and it re-appears.

@Shawhelp No offence but you missed my point. If I went on Twitter asking for help every time my internet went out it’d be my full time job. SM is about transparency. It would be nice if we could hear up to date issues & solutions. Shaw’s support site doesn’t instantly cover all outages.

@Shawhelp I'm getting a lot of artifacting on TV this morning on every channel on multiple TVs. Tried restarting main BlueCurve box, but has not resolved it. Are you aware of any issues?

@ShawInfo Your services have been great and your fibre internet is fire but what sucks is now living in rural BC and not being able to use Shaw internet because it's unavailable. Could you work on running some lines out this way? Lol #internetproblems #fibrewouldbegreat

Thanks @Shawhelp for all the help today. 22 years with @telus and @TELUSsupport literally told me how to switch providers without even asking why. Now THATS how you retain customers. Will switch my wife’s plan from Telus too.
