    @Shawhelp got a solution for these garbage hitron modems? Can't maintain a network connection at all... Same problems as years ago - the reason I left shaw. Why are you still using this junk?

    @Shawhelp looks like I'm going to pack up my Shaw stuff and send it back to you tomorrow. Somehow I was not just sent the wrong modem, but when the correct one was shipped and I was ready to install my order is cancelled. Your customer care team did not seem to care. @TELUS help!

    Pretty crappy tactics by the @ShawInfo sales team to call me to upgrade my Internet service but not mention that I already had a cheaper offer sitting in my inbox. Presumably that's why he was so keen for me to plug in my new modem as soon as it arrives.

    These outages sure are getting annoying @Shawhelp 😐 Been down for over 10 minutes now this time. Usually troubleshooting, no change.

    @Shawhelp I just need to know where to send the modem. Or if I can drop it off at a Shaw store in the mall. I've had Shaw internet for ~20 years and have not been let down like this before.

    @Shawhelp Why must it be a DM? There are lots of us that have issues with spam calling on our cellphones. This should not be account specific as it’s a global issue and should be transparent and open. #DoBetter
