OC_2030 (@oc_2030_vision) reported@Shawhelp Shaw used to have a wonderful feature on phone calls that gave us an estimate of our wait time and also allowed us to get a callback. WE REALLY miss this. Shaw (Calgary White Cowboy hats) seemed to be more 'customer focused' than Rogers (3 piece business suits) take care.

Vanessa (@Noosiekins) reported@Shawhelp We ended up setting up email forwarding, but I don't know if everything is forwarded. It's terrible because I am already using an E-sim so I changed all my 2 factor authentication to email...and well now my email is up in the air. Also it's only incoming that's blocked.

Don T Beakunt (@truebusterflash) reported@Shawhelp I messaged you days ago without a response. Your app also won’t work so attempting to chat with tech support is not an option and now I’ve been on hold for 40min. Your sales calling to lock me in again is poor timing considering the current issues.
