Wow that was tough to watch again. Good news: Uograding my @Shawhelp Shaw equipment to #bluecurve tomorrow. Bad news: Losing all my recordings so had to watch @CBSBigBrother #bb21 finale 1 last time. Hard to watch for a few reasons but also best reality TV ending ever! #NicoleAFP

  • jthor099 Jeff Thorlacius (@jthor099) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@Shawhelp this Bluecurve PVR is crap. Trying to rewind or fast forward recorded shows is near impossible. It freezes & jumps forward erratically, plus the dropping of sound while watching recordings I messaged you about a few days ago is still happening. Please fix this!

  • InTheBluePaint Marcus Anderson (@InTheBluePaint) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

It's pretty damn sad that I can game without disconnects in a hotel room better than I can in my own damn house...@Shawhelp

  • Dohft Dave (@Dohft) reported from Harrison Hot Springs, British Columbia

@Shawhelp Hi, I need to cancel my mother-in-laws cable. She’s moved from her care facility. Account number: 018-8275-3663 address 212-7270 Elm in Agassiz BC. Name Jean Evans.

  • skates2010 Kevin Schellenberg (@skates2010) reported from Squamish, British Columbia

Currently trying to decide between @TELUS @TELUSsupport and @Shawhelp for home service. Shaw took 1 minute to talk to a rep and I’m currently on a one hour wait with Telus. So far Shaw is killing Telus in every category!

  • GeraldBrandt Gerald Brandt (@GeraldBrandt) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba

@skywisefahr @Shawhelp @ShawInfo Tech showed up at 2, and left at 6:30. They had a problem multi-homing 3 static IPs to a single mac address. They fixed it, but with the problems I decided to add more ethernet cards to the firewall rather than multi-home.
