I am about 10 years with #Shaw internet, paying about $67CAD/month for internet 10. @Novusnow came to our building offering $40CAD/month for internet 100. I called Shaw service asking for a competitive offer. They are not interested, and are fine me to quit. @ShawInfo @Shawhelp

@Shawhelp can you PLEASE update your bluecurve tv app, to run on the Chromecast with Google TV? It took way to long to add chromecast support alone, I cannot keep explaining over and over why YOUR app development is so slow. Please, keep up to date with things.

@Shawhelp Your dm does not actually provide any information. I don’t have any information on why or when. You’re website still is not showing the outage and any information about it. If it continues to affect my business I will need to look into another provider

Someone at @Shawhelp should be fired. This afternoon my modem died and it’s 3 days for a technician to bring me a new one. I have solutions! 1. Let me pick one up 2. Send me a new modem via @Uber 3. Hire a service technician that only drops off new modems ITS 2022!!
