    @ShawInfo #shaw one”s an excellent company that becomes officially a joke. Technical Support, and customers service from 60-70% retain a lack of English language, some with attitude toward customers. Not to mention their incompetence.

    @Shawhelp Hi! My service has been out in port coquitlam since pre-9am but I see that the support page is listing no outages in the lower mainland. I am seeing an outage alert when I log into my shaw, but no details. Can I get confirmation that the issue is known and an eta?

    @Shawhelp We've had to reset our Arris modem to factory settings after a week of poor or no Internet. Problem is when we renamed our regular network, it gave the same name to our 5g network & we can't change it, even after logging out & back into Arris.

    @Shawhelp internet was down almost all day in River Park South and it's down again now less than 6 hours later. Hard to call this anything other than completely unacceptable. No one should be paying for a lack of service like this.

    @Bell_MTSHelps a bit of rain and the internet goes out???? You charge too much for a service that I don’t get for half of nearly every day. Called so many times and told the same bs by untrained staff. What ya got @ShawInfo

    @Shawhelp I have been a customer for 30+ yrs. @getmoby has installed fiber in our building downtown #yyc and is offering great rates with no contract. My plan expires in a month. Are we able to negotiate a rate that is fairly comparable for me to continue with Shaw?
