    @Shawhelp good day! I have a no sound/tv goes black issue. Troubleshooting the tv is good, so I've narrowed down the problem to the HDMI cable or the box. Could I get a reset on my box to see if that fixes the issue before I spend money on a new cable?

    @ShawInfo 4 different people, 4 different answers. Waiting 3 weeks for someone to follow up with me? What kind of scams are you folks running? 8 years I have been with Shaw. Have to cancel and go with @TELUS now. You should value your loyal customers @ShawDirect

    @Shawhelp I’ve noticed you’ve been throttling My internet speeds since April/may. It’s so bad now. Takes at least 30 seconds but usually 1 minute to load a website of any kind. Unreal this is being done when we need to spend our time indoors.
