Hey @ShawInfo how come your cable/internet connection is so brutal right have you been hacked. How come your not communicating with your customer s about the intermittent connections. I have to continually reset my cable box!!

@DavidHartwick_ @Shawhelp I switched to Telus SOLELY because of the disgusting customer service from Shaw. A 25 year customer and was treated condescendingly and extremely rudely. I was shocked. They do NOTHING for their loyal customers and I’m happily paying more now .

Against better judgement, we renewed our internet service with Shaw last week. The new IB6 modem they replaced the firmer Hitron modem is buggy. It is also refurbished. Im told by @Shawhelp that’s all they offer? Refurbished modems. One hr on phone. #epicfail

@ShawInfo Shaw has been charging me for 2 Bluecurve TV Player rentals since Dec’19 -Dec 2021 invoice when I only have 1 TV. Refund for 2 years worth of charges ($360) for the rental that I never had in the first place?

@Shawhelp Oh Darren I have called when I needed help and the best I could get was “have you tried turning it off?” I know I’m not the most technical person but sometimes a girl just needs a bit more support then “turn it off and wait 10 seconds it will work promise” ;)
