@Shawhelp I heard thru condo board that there is an expected outage due to a shaw box moving apr 12 in Staddock Villas area. How long is impact? Start? Stop? Some of us have to work and depend on internet.

@ShawInfo is a joke. A UFC fight I never ordered showed up on my PVR. Called right away & was told I wouldn’t be charged. Bill comes & I’ve been charged & told there is nothing that can be done. This is after I cancelled my crave & continued to be charged & nothing was done.

It took 42 minutes for @Shawhelp to cancel my grandmother's call waiting. Here's the rabbit hole of 'bundled' plans fun part: we had to add voicemail to stop her fees from going up. Because apparently it costs more to have less.

@Shawhelp When I moved to Shaw, against my request, the tech installed all wireless set tops rather then connecting the existing cat5 runs. Your wireless service can't handle my work from home needs now, I need these connections hardwired. Not a difficult request.

@Shawhelp I just had a terribly bizarre web chat with your support team. I wanted to book an appointment to have a few RJ45 connectors installed and my cat5 and coaxial runs tested for connectivity. I was told my ISP doesn't work with Internet cables! 🤯

@Shawhelp is there an outage in airdrie? Asking for a friend without twitter. Hes been lagging hard all night. If not... why is it so slow? He pays for 300/300... he shouldnt lag.
