    @Shawhelp Thanks, maybe #Shaw could hire the App programmers at Crave, Netflix, CBCGem, AmazonPrime, CTV, etc. because they seem to be able to do it with no problems.

    Disappointed in @Shawhelp for charging a cancellation fee after being with them for nearly 14 years and moving to a town that Shaw doesn’t service. if you don’t want to people to leave how about you service an entire province #neveragain #avoidshawinternet #shaw

    Great work @Shawhelp - your technicians have now missed TWO of their scheduled appointments to install internet at our house. And now we have ZERO internet. Please sort it out and get a technician here ASAP. If this is how your new customer setup process goes, not sure I'll stay!

    @Shawhelp my BlueCurve remote seems to be going through new batteries like crazy. Not sure what is going on with my remote as it doesn't get used all that much compared to my other tv's around the house. Help

    @Shawhelp look back to my dec 2020 post as well. This isn’t something that I’m just complaining about, I’m truly fed up and feel I should be refunded for months / almost a year of inadequate internet service @CRTCeng any thoughts? #consumerprotection #consumermatter
