    @SuperDave2687 @MarkinVancity @ShawInfo Yes! We have a new-build house and I know there is a wiring issue. Last week I stayed home on Thursday for my scheduled appointment. They didn't show up. I asked why: 'we cancelled your appointment because your internet is working again.' IT'S NOT!

    How absolutely frustrating. For more than a month now, we've had sporadic issues accessing the internet at our @AccessArtsCA offices with @ShawInfo. Our entire team is forced to tether from their personal cell data plan to get any work done. I've had it.

    Today a @TELUSsupport technician messing around in the box outside our house cut off our internet. Now we have to wait until Sunday for a @Shawhelp technician to fix it. Tonight I’ll be screaming into the void. Tomorrow I’ll be grading assignments at my mom’s. Happy end of term!

    @ShawInfo Hi, I have been using Shaw for more than 18 months & now the 2.4g net has stopped working. On repeated complaints technician & customer care has asked me to switch to other service provider as they can't resolve the issue. Is the company closing down ?

    Canada has highest cell phone rates in the world. Rogers/Shaw merger will exacerbate the situation. Previous Shaw plan: $35 US/Mexico roaming incl. +$45/month pkg int’l roaming. New Rogers plan: $65 Canada/US. $12/day int’l roaming. Do better @Rogers, @shawinfo. CRTC – fix this.
