@Shawhelp @hartreef_singh Dont waste your time.They simply have no concept of customer service and do not care about you or any others. reps are untrained and I feel for them as they have to put up w the anger and are supplied ZERO information..talked to a rep today, after a 2 hour wait n they had no clue

@ShawInfo @Shawhelp here we go again Shaw let a customer down no tv or internet for 4 days. Cant send a technician or fix our problem, means we loose work = no wage. Kids can’t watch a single tv shows or even use the internet for passing time during weekend
