Karen (@ksavvy31) reported5/ ok.. @Shawhelp it took 3 boxes and transformers to blow up before anyone would attempt to look at it. Shaw repair guy finally showed up. These seniors were without a landline for 4 days. The agents on the phone told ppl to stop calling they can’t help. How awful!

There are clearly issues in Vancouver Kitsilano areas but no updates, no information from Shaw. Why have a help account if it’s not utilized?

I really appreciated it. Please pass on my positive feedback to her leadership team. There needs to be more agents like her!!

I have just had to do it again for the third time since noon today. I would call, but that doesn't work either.

Bob Holmes (@BobHolmesSD36) reported@Shawhelp A couple of 5 house outages in Langley, and nothing else until Abbotsford, yet I'm being told our Shaw is down due to a Hydro outage. I'm concerned there's another local issue that's being missed. 2/2
