    @Shawhelp Been talking to your reps for the last 3 months. No one has any idea. Keep telling to reset box. No one wants to look at a solution. Will deal with a manager to cancel account. Been with Shaw for 25 years. Paying fees for a service I’m not getting.

    @LesIsMore1 @Shawhelp @TELUSsupport I’m all about Shaw. In my area, their options for service are superior, and I’ve had nothing but great luck with them for 5 years now. Any issue I had support was always fast via online chat

    @menard_ray @TELUSsupport @Shawhelp Feel for you. I’ve been a Shaw customer for almost 30 years. I flirted with TELUS at one point but hated the service and support. My fear now is when Rogers takes over Shaw as their service and support out East sucks.

    I phkn hate @Shawhelp as they have the worst customer service ever. I am in chat w: Adriana V16T and she has zero idea how to solve our problem. They want you to do all the work - send me a tech! Yet, they continue to pump ya for >$200 monthly @CRTCeng #Calgary #Shaw

    Didn’t think it was possible, but I’m pretty sure I hate @TELUSsupport even more than I hated @Shawhelp. Apparently, my expectation of both consistently fast internet speeds & good customer service is completely unrealistic. I mistakenly thought that’s what I was paying for.
