@trestres @Shawhelp Thanks for that. Hope you get it fixed. My brother has a similar building issue. He has to reboot his TV boxes a dozen times a day. Has had 2 tech visits & a 3rd on Friday. Has rec'd no discount on his bill. On a 2 year contract with auto withdrawals. I think it is crazy. Lol.

@Shawhelp I've done this before over 15 times and you STILL have not got off your asses and fixed the issue. Your node in Abbeydale NE is so stressed that no one gets upload speed after 9PM and this problem exists from your shitty bluecurve routers being incompatible.

@Shawhelp I called yesterday to ask about my internet not working. The earliest they could send an agent to help was Saturday. Wtf, there are literal no agents available until Saturday?
