@dedaumier @Shawhelp @ShawInfo They're response is that I can pay more to get a better service. Which is weird cause I was told that the current level would be enough.

@Shawhelp It’s back now. Any idea what would be driving sporadic outages? My Google home router app is saying that it’s the internet that was down, not the router , but modem shows all green lights

  • iamhq
    Henry Quach (@iamhq) reported

@Shawhelp retention tactics should NOT be employed when the customer has explained there was a death in the household. That was a slap in the face

@ShawInfo hey. Whats the problem with my cable tonight

  • JennaBeetstra
    Jenna Beetstra (@JennaBeetstra) reported

@ShawInfo paid for the UFC fight and it’s so glitchy we can’t even watch it.... some help?

  • Nott911
    Jamie Nott (@Nott911) reported

Very disappointed @ShawInfo They use to care about their customers. Your “loyalty team” what a joke now. I have stayed with Shaw for 20 yrs because of your customer service being top notch. Now it shows you don’t care for long time customers so now I shall look elsewhere.

  • Zieglerplays
    Jacob Ziegler (@Zieglerplays) reported

Im so mad day three without internet cuz a garbage truck hit the coax wire that goes into my house and @ShawInfo still has not sent anyone to fix it.

@Shawhelp why won't you let customers call tech support on the phone? i don't want the auto crap. i want to talk a human

  • lukasneville
    Lukas Neville (@lukasneville) reported

@Zach_Fleisher @Shawhelp @ShawInfo I had some strange problems over the past couple days: No overall bandwidth problems (Zoom meetings and Netflix streaming smoothly), but some problems with sites taking forever to load (DNS problems?)

    Alyson Shane (@alysonshane) reported

@Zach_Fleisher @Shawhelp @ShawInfo I was DMing with their tech support yesterday since we've been having major issues lately. Seems to work so far, but I guess we'll see.
