Oluwabukunmi (@bouqounmie) reported@Shawhelp i am this close to changing my internet provider. My modem suddenly won't boot despite troubleshooting and speaking to 2 different agents. Now they've concluded that it would require technical support but i can't get anyone until the 2nd of July.

cindershadow (@cindershad0w) reported@xeviuss @ShawInfo Yea what happened was Telus put in new underground lines in the area and destroyed the existing ones, so now Shaw had to place overhead line to bypass the damage. They also had to replace it once due to cold weather
