    @Shawhelp No internet for over 24 hrs, 3 Shaw vans showed up yesterday, did nothing but leave the neighborhood cable box open/exposed..tech support etc doesn't seem to know what is happening, technician visit was cancelled without notifying us, Help?

    @Shawhelp I reported it and the gentleman I spoke to said it was all the streets I listed. He was putting in a support request. It just came back on. We are all good again!

    @Shawhelp Your new mandatory confirmation code setup is garbage. If Shaw was serious it's a very simple matter for Shaw to match the originating IP address with the password protected "MY Shaw" account. I'm not changing my browser setting to retain any Shaw password codes!

    @ShawInfo please, please can you guys fix your PVR's? I set up a recurring recording of the @NHLJets games and it recorded the wrong channel, again. It does the all the time even though it is set up on the right channel.
