    @TELUS @TELUSsupport I 👏 your customer service. Been a mobile cust. for 12 years. Was gonna upgrade my home Internet from @ShawInfo do to constant reliability issues. But there is no fibre here. Oh and I've been on hold for an hour just to ask if it coming.

    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp having a heck of a time trying to convince your Shaw Mobile service staff they should fix the mistakes made when I signed up - are they really not given any training in customer service? Seems that way. #shawmobile #falseadvertising #badservice
