    We all know weather affects satellite signal, but I swear @Shawhelp gets worse every year.

    @AlliAlliG @Shawhelp It doesn’t matter. They never see any issues on their end. I run a community fb group as well and everybody is saying some of the BlueCurve channels like Sportsnet 360 have random glitching on them. Ever since they added their 4K.

    @Shawhelp Shaw internet has been out for nearly 24 hours. Called for help twice but unplugging and plugging the modem back in isn't doing anything. I believe there's an outage not being reported after routine maintenance was done. Great service as always

    @Shawhelp Service issueS. Outages and interruptions are the only thing we CAN count on. We have wasted hours upon hours on chat and phone with multiple reps. Offered to send us a new modem but then wanted us to sign a new contract. Hilarious. How bout give us equipment that actually works!

    @iNnoVationsc2 @Shawhelp Same area, same problem. Shaw truck was working in area around the time, and then it went down.

    @Shawhelp my internet and cable have not been working for a day and a half, i contacted tech support and they did not give me any updates on whats going on, just told me they would take care of it...

    @Shawhelp The past few weeks I've had glitches in my TV signal every ~30-45s or so. They are replicated if I rewind & replay the feed. It's present on a few channels, but much more noticeable on @Sportsnet. Any ideas?

    @grambowpg @Shawhelp @DolbyCinema I know. Their 4K is brutally compressed or not true 4K. Now a lot of other channels have banding and glitching, I’m assuming they’re having bandwidth issues.
