    @Shawhelp 1/ Tried this Shaw Help route 2 weeks ago. 3.5 hours via DM - they couldn't fix via remote, problem escalated by clerk, 3 days later escalation rejected, clerk calls me to tell me that, Shaw sends TWO techies to my home - they don't know how to fix the problem after over an hour

    @APSpoon @Shawhelp Absolutely ridiculous. @Shawhelp Shouldn't be allowed to charge someone for their full package, not inform them of an outage and than not do something to help their bill out while getting garbage internet.

    Hey @Shawhelp when you do massive outages/updates; can you please inform your customers ahead of time? I have international clients that I do business with and my meeting was shut down because you completely shut my services down for an “update”

    @Shawhelp Shaw is terrible and Shaw help is a joke. I cant believe they get away with this. Once again, its ******* companies like Shaw that’s the reason why Canada has some of the slowest and most expensive internet in the world.
