@ShawInfo I have intermittent internet issue so I reached out to Shaw customer support, booked an appointment for 7th July 2021. Technician just called me once, didn’t knock at the door & went away without resolving issue. Not getting convincing reply from support. Plz help

@Shawhelp hi Shaw team, I have a lot of my customers in the Alberta area having digital interference with their phone lines. This is causing their dial up debit/credit terminals not to function. Are we aware of any issues. Thank you

Waited 5 days for Shaw tech to come fix an issue they created. Many times I reached out and was assured my appointment of 4-6 Saturday was the earliest available. It's now 6pm and I'm being told the window is actually 4-7. Thanks for the great customer service. @ShawInfo

Don't tell me big business mergers don't affect employees. Terrible treatment from @ShawInfo . Retired employees who were grandfathered benefits suddenly being ended after takeover. Shameful. @CorusPR .
