Furthermore, for two years, Zoom sessions have had repeated dropouts. We think packet loss is occurring. What gives?

I receive a bill from ShawMobile a "0$" but wait.. there's a charge of $5 for that zero bill so the bill is for the bill plus 12% tx. Where has common sense gone?

We have showered the internet and tried everything to reset the router, the chromecast, the app and her phone etc all without success. I believe others have had this issue too.
