Hey @ShawInfo I’ve been on hold w customer support too long. When did you decide I should receive email bills? I prefer paper bc they don’t get lost in my email inbox. I now am 2 days late for my payment. Please assure me I won’t get dinged with a late payment fee.

@Shawhelp Over 7 hours here with no phone or internet. No redundancy? How can it be down so long? Pretty sad.

@stickers66 @ShawInfo Funny! This is when I usually boast about my flawless Telus setup... except it went down yesterday. No ability to short-cut the script, had to factory reset the modem twice before they'd check with provisioning dept and discover they'd forgotten there was an account on the line

Our phones and internet are down (still). @Shawhelp has been promising quick resolution all day, but still hasn't come through. If you need to reach us, maybe try carrier pigeon?

@AnjaKaradeglija @Rogers @ShawInfo This is horrible news for Canadians. We need more independent companies not mergers.

@604Now @AboutRogers @ShawInfo Not hard to figure out jobs. Reason companies merge is ton be more profitable after job redundancies are eliminated. Calgary corporate will disappear and be absorbed by Toronto and customer service will probably move to the east as well Rogers track record on merger is is abysmal
