    Friday night, friends over for hockey, and the only thing that’s guaranteed is that @shawhelp sucks again. After over 15 years, it’s time to change. The money I spend monthly and I can’t even turn on my cable? No thanks. Wonder what @TELUS can offer me?

    @nathaliejacoby1 I tried. But @ShawInfo has only 2 options - a la carte - which you build yourself and costs triple or you have to take everything including Fox. It's ridiculous that in 2022 a streaming service doesn't provide choice.

    @Shawhelp Shaw webmail. I have chatted with 3 techs since last Sat. when my Shaw problems started. When I reply to an email or fwd, it turns to gibberish. Today a 4th tech told me to switch to "Advanced AJAX" in Preferences. I did & it fixed. Now it's wonky again; can't fix it

    @ZeegersTV @Shawhelp @ShawInfo At some point you will need to care about your customers. Numerous times this has been brought to your attention and no movement has been made to remedy the situation. This man is trying to earn a living and you won't help. Shawdy service.

    @Shawhelp I've gone down this road multiple times. I've had multiple technicians out. I've also had multiple area issue tickets created, closed and no solution. We also have a WFH employee with shaw at this line and THEY can't get solutions through their bosses contacts. Were past this.
