There are 3 homes that have been without service and if we’d been Shaw customers we would have had our service restored in a timely manner.

It is astounding the amount of money you charge people for internet that doesn’t even work. It’s embarrassing that people in Canada have to rely on your pathetic service.

Mark Brolund (@MarkBrolund) reportedAs proof to @Shawhelp being the issue with TSN4K cutting out early during games. Did not air the Austria/Germany game in 4k because the start time changed. Did air Raptors game on TSN4k not in 4k in the original scheduled spot for hockey.
