@Shawhelp We’re still having problems off and on with wifi here in Vancouver. It’s not as bad as yesterday, but it’s still an annoyance. Any word when things will be fixed?

@chx @nick_thompson @Shawhelp When I verbally agreed to a 2 year contract this month, the sales guy checked my modem and said I’d be good for 750/100. After agreeing to the deal, I only got 750/25. Called him back, he said “oops, looks like there’s an issue in your area and gave a $25 credit. It’s a joke.

@Shawhelp @ammomore I hear you alex. We've been rocking around 5 mbps DL for 2 weeks now. Shaw help here will set you up with a tech who will tell you nothing and take your information. We've talked to half a dozen people in the past week and we're feeling abandoned.

@Shawhelp Tried watching 'Great Escapes with Morgan Freeman' on demand last night, what is with the forced advert for the same 2 nat geo shows, like 15 times during it, one being the show I'm watching?!? The other a show about Tuna I would never now watch as the ads annoyed me so much...

@Shawhelp My internet is still down in Vancouver near Hastings park….since last night at 6pm. Online says it’s been resolved…but it clearly hasn’t as I still have no WiFi or cable. Please fix this.
