    @Shawhelp service has been out since yesterday. I have an incident number. It is still out today & is now affecting my ability to work from home. Can I get more information on the expected resolution. Rethinking my relationship with Shaw now as an outage this long is unacceptable

    @YYCCowboy @Shawhelp Really I’d advice you reach out to @zems_ins for assistance regarding your account fault because when I face exact issue they were able to fix my account before any more harm was done.

    A big giant **** YOU to @ShawInfo for making an already terrible situation dealing with my dads death even more terrible. Be better and train your staff, the bare minimum at the very least 🖕🏾

    @Shawhelp Internet has been out for at least 6-7 hours and I've reported it twice to be told there is an outage in my area Thompson MB). It is still not showing up on the outage page however so I can't check and see if there's any updates to when it will be fixed. So what's up?
