    @Shawhelp @shawhelp @shawinfo No resolution on this. Important for remote workers to be aware of Shaw’s poor service levels. Offline for 3 days in Shaw’s home base not okay.

    @ahung @Shawhelp I'm having the exact same issue in Sherwood Park, AB, and it's on ALL my boxes, not just one. PVR doesn't work either...better check again Shaw, cause it sounds like a problem on your end. #notourfault

    Hello @Shawhelp - are you having TV problems in Nanaimo? All channels coming up with 'Unavailable, Try again' Internet intermittent as well
