    When we received our @Shawhelp Blue Curve system, Shaw issued us a new IP, a recycled one. Unfortunately it was a bad IP blocked by @RBC , so we haven’t been able to access online banking at home through wifi for over a year. Shaw won’t issue a new IP, RBC won’t unblock it. Help

    @Shawhelp my internet is down, I’ve restarted the modem and it goes through its flashing orange/green to solid white cycles but still nothing.

    To @Shawhelp Customers in #ymm: Issues in area causing degraded services. Techs are working to resolve as soon as possible. No estimated time of resolution only showing in progress. This will cause slow speeds and intermittent connection issues. #rmwb
