    @Shawhelp Actually there is no point. You can train your support to recognize, appreciate and value long terms customers. I was actually surprised how greedy Shaw is. The big kicker was charging my in laws more money for internet 15 than I pay for my 300 internet.

    @Shawhelp Ahh enjoy your time off, would be nice to be able to get tech support but you expect I should take time off from my job to accommodate your hours. Poor way to treat your customers. FYI you sell a service that’s 24/7... support it as such

    @Shawhelp There was an outage, and I found the repair info on your web site. You should read it. It was fixed by midnight.

    Hey @Shawhelp. There seems to be an outage in Southeast Edmonton. It would be nice to see you tweet out something on that and also reflect that on your website. Been without cable or internet for over an hour too.
