Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported@Shawhelp I’ve had 2, and they both have. I am just disappointed and done with this modem. Service used to be so much better.
-
Heldy (@HeldyCarvalho) reported@Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.

jimmy TehFreak (@TehFreakTweets) reportedMy internet has been down for 3 hours now. @CCarrytel support doesnt open for another 5 1/2 hours and the vendor ( @shawhelp ) who licenses the line to them wont assist because im not THEIR customer. Why tf would I be with outages every 3-4 nights?

Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported@Shawhelp Because it’s a loud modem from the start/ in general. The worst modem I’ve ever had. I honestly miss our old modem.

Young and Fly (@Freshtodef) reported@Shawhelp @LindsayWiebeRD Former Shaw client here of over 25 years. I recommend switching to another provider. Shaw Cable has horrible customer service and no respect for long time customers all they want is your money. I blame it on the merger with even more greedy Rogers customers are just a number now

Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@M_S_Fricker @ShawInfo @RogersHelps The average time I've been on hold for tech support is 45 min+. Rogers doesn't want you to get any help from a human being - they want you to do everything online yourself despite the fact most tech problems can't be helped online. And the music sucks!

Vandelay Industries Inc. (@Mowgz_1) reported@staceybrotzel @Shawhelp Stuck on CBC. Worst nightmare!!
