    @Shawhelp I’m not out of region which is why I reached out. I’ve never had this issue previously. This was also viewed on satellite not digital. You can see from my pic that the broadcast was still playing in the background. Normally the screen is black behind the pop up if out of region

    @Shawhelp need to boom an appointment with tech as phone line is down. Been on hold/queue for 2h This is madness
