    @ShawInfo Hey shaw! Your service is down in my area - SE Edmonton. What’s happening? Try to communicate if something is wrong via your social media channels. Please don’t act like everything is ok when there’s an issue. Folks work from home and need the wifi to work.

    @Shawhelp Coming up on 12 hours of no internet connectivity in Southeast Edmonton. TOTALLY unacceptable in these times. I work from home & Sunday happens to be the one day I relax and catch up on sports. This is beyond outrageous. Fix it or give us an exact ETA. Pathetic service.

    @Shawhelp what is going on with Shaw Communications in Edmonton? It has been out all day and all they say on their website is the tech are working on it. What is broken? How did it break?
