    @LouisPhilSluggr @Shawhelp Don’t even waste your time with their customer service, it’s like talking to a brick wall. It’s beyond pathetic I had to use Reddit to find out what the problem is

    .@shawinfo has given 2 more updates that both basically say “we’re still working on it”. I wish they’d actually give an explanation. We’re at almost the 9 hour mark of when my internet went down. Obviously this is a major major outage at this point.

    @Shawhelp constant problems either on wired or wireless getting less than 150 Mbps when im paying for 300

    @ShawInfo might have the worst customer service model. Who are you going to call to discuss a problem.... not shaw

    Hey Millwoods #yeg - anyone else’s @ShawInfo cable and internet down? Haven’t had a signal now for a couple of hours...

    @Kelly_A_Bee @ShawInfo Been down since noon apparently. Crews are working on it, last update was @ 5:30pm saying it would be a few hours. Which seems promising

    Ok no update to @ShawInfo status, but our internet did its come back on. So yay for an almost 10 hour internet outage!
