PS, it looks like @novusnow is all over #SurreyBc and you can get 100mbps up and down for $45. You can tell both @telus and @Shawhelp to kick rocks! Internet should not be coating $100+ If you don't know now you know.

  • paul_48n Paul of Waratah 2298 ...now over Big Pond 48N/123W (@paul_48n) reported

@Shawhelp Moved to Blue Curve in early December. Has some good features but it is buggy. And it has made my Shaw email account I've had for years 'INACTIVE" ???? I know my password, is in Mac's Keychain AND iPassword App. Is mail having problems or is it our 'relationship'

  • a_h_reaume A. H. (@a_h_reaume) reported

@yilinwriter @ShawInfo My landline is completely out and my internet isn’t working. It might be a local issue if you’re also having problems!

  • adifood1234 Adi lally (@adifood1234) reported

@Shawhelp Hey shaw @GlobalBC is playing the wrong show it’s supposed to Play @FBICBS but it’s playing border security. I think there’s need to be a fix. Thank you!

  • DekksShepherd Dekks "Stream Dog" Shepherd #BlackLivesMatter (@DekksShepherd) reported

@Shawhelp Thank you so much for the absymal service! I love not being able to stream on a service that can't keep a constant upload speed. BTW how much is a new modem? Your incompetent tech support caused me to drop it a few times.... very forcefully.

  • Yarbo Max Morin (@Yarbo) reported

@Shawhelp Forcing me to have to contact support each month to add the visual voicemail addon for my shaw mobile plan is the stupidest thing I've ever been told by any company ever. LOL. I should just be able to ask for it, and it stays on my account until I ask to turn it off.

  • yilinwriter Yilin **** (she/they) #LiteraryJianghu (@yilinwriter) reported

@a_h_reaume @ShawInfo my shaw internet has been slow and spotty this morning too

  • Strykology TEAM4NOT (@Strykology) reported

@Shawhelp Wondering why Shaw mobile doesn't have the ability to change my sim card for me. i got a new card and no one at customer support has the "ability" to change my card. what the @$#% is going on over there

  • coffeehustler Martino (@coffeehustler) reported

@WFLBC @Shawhelp Hmm, I’ve had issues in the past with 5GHz interference but should be a lot less than 2.4, do you have the new Shaw BlueCurve gateway/wifi box?

  • JulieYAli Julie Ali (@JulieYAli) reported

@kootscrutinizer @Shawhelp @TELUS I'm not sure if this counts as "eligible" problems since their contract specifies that they can go up to 300. However, in my opinion this does count as poor service since the expectation is that service will be consistent and reliable during work hours at home. Why else get it?
