My Internet was suspended causing me interruptions. @ShawInfo I am very upset with this, I was on with tech support for 3 hours last night trying to get this issue solved, phone now and get told oh u hit the wrong switch. this has become the worse service ive ever had with shaw

@saphzsaphz @Shawhelp The first time it happened I was without local channels for 4 days. I was on the line with tech support for 2 hrs. I gave up and made an in home appt but it corrected itself the morning they were supposed to come. I don't want to spend 2 hrs on chat at this point. Thanks though

@Shawhelp Can we get a statement on the traffic being routed through central Canada? This has been going on a week now and it's getting frustrating. Dont ask me to DM, this is a shaw issue affecting many people not just me.

@mrskingle @Shawhelp Having the same issue, after 1.5 hours on phone with tech support, asked for a supervisor, was told lots of people with the issue and they are looking into it...😡

@Shawhelp Just spent 1.5 hours on the phone with tech support just to be told that her shift is over so she will just send a tech. Unreal!
