    @bombay_poetess @TELUS @ShawInfo Don’t bother with Telus. We had the same experience with home security install. We had no technician show up for both of service calls. Even after the first time getting our address wrong they screwed up the second time. Don’t use Telus.

    Any others having poor connectivity with the Oilers and Canada soccer games? #shawhelp. Games keep freezing and then restarting.

    Hey @ShawInfo how come your cable/internet connection is so brutal right have you been hacked. How come your not communicating with your customer s about the intermittent connections. I have to continually reset my cable box!!

    @Shawhelp ... but that doesn't work anymore. I tried it on multiple remote/receivers. How do I set it back to the short skip intervals?

    @Shawhelp I'd just like to say I've worked from home during the Pandemic with video calls hourly and my internet and wireless has been awesome. Thought you would like to hear from someone with no issues. :)

    @KarenDunfee1 @Shawhelp My Shaw email has been painfully slow for the last few hours too. Webmail in the browser and on my phone via app. Super frustrating!

    @DavidHartwick_ @Shawhelp I switched to Telus SOLELY because of the disgusting customer service from Shaw. A 25 year customer and was treated condescendingly and extremely rudely. I was shocked. They do NOTHING for their loyal customers and I’m happily paying more now .
