    @TraceyMWoy @Shawhelp Wish I would have seen your warning earlier, Shaw has been telling me the fix is coming "asap" all day. If work relies on wifi working, guess Shaw isn't the service for you.

    @dubelyew_one @ShawInfo They actually posted at 2:30pm today (problem resolved blah blah)… two hours later it all broke again and they put strike through on that post and reopened the outage. It’s legit going on day 5 now of no internet. I’ve lived in 6 Canadian provinces and never had this issue

    @Shawhelp my internet has been down all morning. I’m trying to work from home and hotspotting is not ideal for video calls. This happens often. I have done all the troubleshooting tips.

    This all could have been prevented if @ShawInfo weee transparent in the issue. “Hey guys we have to do integrity digs… hey guys our fibre line is broken… hey guys we are upgrading equipment in the area” But instead they’ve been cryptic, and passive aggressive when contacted…

    We've been with @ShawInfo for 3 years now, and in the last two and a half month it has become the most unreliable internet we have ever had. We had better service - no outages - in remote northern Alberta. I shouldn't need to hotspot my phone to work. #firstworldissues

    @Shawhelp Service has been down for 10 days now Ranchlands area. Online Shaw CS telling me to just be patient. My WFH job is not as understanding. Might be unemployed soon, you guys hiring?

    My internet and TV have been out for 4 straight days now. Not so much an issue for me… but @ShawInfo has some serious explaining to do to the community of Ranchlands. People are outraged and I’ve spoken with many neighbours whom are shopping around now for a new provider.
