    @Shawhelp @hifromada I just talked with the field techs. They're in the alley literally a few yards from my house. There is a problem with the voltage feeding the amplifiers and they're still trying to isolate the issue.

    @Shawhelp - my internet fiber gig plan sucks. disconnected 25 times Ina day. U tech fixed it and worked for 15 days. Again loses connection every now n then. I work from home. Hampering my work. Tech is scheduled for May 10. Should I close my work till then?

    @Shawhelp Hey Shaw 🖕🖕🖕🖕 thanks for making me look like a lair to my daughter saying I was gonna play video game with her but our Shaw is down & has been for 2 ******* hours. I work construction 6 - 6 this is bullshit what I **** do I pay yous for. I'm never coming back to Shaw.

    @shelbyae @Shawhelp Alright, so that at least eliminates it being specific to any one headend. In case the issue happens to be on their side (which might be), might as well loop in @KHQLocalNews and hopefully someone will be watching their mentions. Still happening this morning too FWIW.

    @Shawhelp Can you help explained why I'm paying 100$ a month for an internet connection that can barely load a song within 10 minutes and often shuts down completely for 10-60+ minutes daily?
