@Shawhelp my son is complaining that our internet is down again, wants to know why we are still using Shaw. I'm at work, can't help him ... Can you help me help him?

@menard_ray @TELUSsupport @Shawhelp Feel for you. I’ve been a Shaw customer for almost 30 years. I flirted with TELUS at one point but hated the service and support. My fear now is when Rogers takes over Shaw as their service and support out East sucks.

Do you know what's really fun? Being told that you're going to be charged $400 for the early cancellation of your dead mother's television service. Thanks, @ShawInfo #winnipeg

@Shawhelp Already waited on hold to be told there isn't an outage in my area but oddly enough the person on the phone was able to tell me that other houses in the neighborhood were reporting outages. I just want what I pay for. That's all!

Didn’t think it was possible, but I’m pretty sure I hate @TELUSsupport even more than I hated @Shawhelp. Apparently, my expectation of both consistently fast internet speeds & good customer service is completely unrealistic. I mistakenly thought that’s what I was paying for.
