Dear @Shawhelp I have had persistent problems with my upload connection for several years now Multiple times when I called your tech support, they didn't know what packet loss or latency was Home service calls only proved there is a Shaw issue, and that no one knows how to solve

@Shawhelp Well thanks for not helping... Don Pro tip, when a customer points out something hasn't worked out for them before don't recommend it back to them (I called tech support twice tonight already) I had hoped you would have taken the initiative and have this network issue escalated
