    @Shawhelp hey pals, I my internet has ceased working a couple times tonight and I'm wondering if there is an outage near the community of Sunalta in Calgary. The modem light is solid white but neither my wifi or Ethernet produce internet. I have power cycled the modem.

    @Shawhelp today is the third day I have been trying to contact your technical support and it is heartbreaking. On one of those days I waited on the call for over 5 hours and no one answered. Can someone reach out to me please? Thank you.

    @Shawhelp I did already, Sunday night when it was at its worst. The tech was... less than helpful. Lecturing me about my passphrase because I thought I forgot it, only offering the bare minimum in advice, stuff I already knew how to do...

    @Shawhelp is there an outage in North Burnaby/Capitol Hill area? Internet, TV down as of about 9:15am and 5G is very weak signal only on cell? Status?
