  @Shawhelp Very let down by Shaw. Rely on Shaw wifi for everything. Security, work, Communications, TV, music. Everything. My modem quit on Thurs at 11:45. Helpful phone tech tried for 30 minutes. Concluded I need a service call. Earliest available is Sunday. Down 3 days. Brutal.

  @KatieWasyluk @Shawhelp Is it a glitching or banding effect that comes and goes on some channels? Been a problem ever since they put 4K online.
