Not only did you not ensure it was resolved you went ahead taking full payment every month knowing I was having issues since I kept calling and tweeting at the time. And no appointment was needed only a new box.

Everytime I called to complain they made me go through a crap load of tech tests like I got nothing better to do than their job. It's work for two seconds and they'd bail. No comp for all that time with crap service either.
