@Shawhelp when I told them my problem has been not resolved for 6 months, they said not our problem you have to pay, they don't give a sh, and they don't care about the customer. Don't go with them telus is the best.

@Shawhelp Is there something wrong with the signal from CTV Saskatoon? For at least a month, the picture has been freezing and pixelating, and the audio cuts out when that happens. It's nearly impossible to watch some days.

Would be appropriate for @Shawhelp to post whether CPE are vulnerable to log4j issue. BRT doesn’t have an answer, yet. I’d have thought the seriousness of this issue would have resulted in expeditious identification and resolution.

@Shawhelp I had a very bad experience with your unprofessional customer service, and you charge me $350 cancelation fee even though the problem from you guys you did not give me the service you promised to give.

@Shawhelp Thanks fr your reply, but I've had to go all the way to the CRTC because, during an earlier sim sub issue, Shaw support _lied_ to me all the way up to management and told me sim sub wasn't Shaw's responsibility. I'm not going down that whole again.

@TatumLee19 I’m glad it is. My cable and internet just crapped out. @ShawInfo was no help so I had to find an alternative solution.
