    @Shawhelp @cdnstudent Having similar issues in Alberta. Cutting in out. Saying channel is not being broadcast. Comes back after a sec or so.

    @CanucksIn4 @Shawhelp Their internet sucks I switched to Telus years ago. Still have Shaw tv though because Telus customer service is awful.

    @Shawhelp sorry that wasn't my question I meant was it more widespread aka on other channels so I know if I have to call this issue in, for us it was particularly bad on BC1

    @Shawhelp Your customer service is atrocious. TV still unstable and on and off. It's now officially gone to the Better Business Bureau as a formal complaint.

    @Shawhelp Internet has been down for almost a day (Day!) now in Guildford in Surrey, B.C. The last update was at 1:15 pm. Could we get a definitive ETA instead of stringing information? Providing more info is the least you could do at the moment, which you haven't done so far.

    Hey @steeletalk since you use to do consumer matters previously, you should know the company you work for has been ripping me off for 12 months & when I caught it they won’t fix the issue, basically getting charged for @netflix twice. @Shawhelp is scamming me
