    @Shawhelp your techs are just awful. Just hook a modem up and leave while insulting my parents. Sounds like you guys hire the best and brightest. Over the last 5 years, Shaw customer support has taken a giant leap forward into a giant pile of manure. Do better.

    @Shawhelp I did send you a DM and no one replies. I now just talked to Shaw and got someone in another country that has no idea what is going on. It’s been 5 days and you guys are not giving any information or help.

    @Shawhelp slow internet in central NE Calgary, don't see any known issues on Shaw Outage website, what's going on? Already power cycled, and connected via ethernet

    @TELUSsupport is there a way of finding out when a neighbourhood will get Fibre Optics installed for fast internet home service. I have been struggling with @Shawhelp while working from home and am looking for consistent options.
