    @SagePonchie @Shawhelp Customer service has declined markedly during this pandemic. It's very difficult to connect live with a human being. In the old days a person answered the phone. Now a computer does it and can't address your concerns.

    @Shawhelp @ChrisLaBossiere Chris is not the only one frustrated and dissatisfied with customer support... staff are polite but so limited in fixing issues. Shaw needs to get your crap together fast. Too expensive, so many cancelled channels, can’t provide acceptable tech support to fix issues.

    @ShawInfo I am extremely disappointed with your service. I required a simple change of address on 26th Dec morning. And I hoped to use wifi in my new address on 28th Dec. However, I still cannot activate the wifi modem. I have contacted shaw 3rd time already

    @Shawhelp I feel like I’m falling through the cracks, 3 missed appointments and no one calling me back to either fix missed appts or reschedule. I’m supposedly waiting for dispatch or Manager call back. FYI. Tech support said nothing more they can do, what can you do?
