Wow that was tough to watch again. Good news: Uograding my @Shawhelp Shaw equipment to #bluecurve tomorrow. Bad news: Losing all my recordings so had to watch @CBSBigBrother #bb21 finale 1 last time. Hard to watch for a few reasons but also best reality TV ending ever! #NicoleAFP

@Shawhelp I’ve lost my tv/internet connection at least 4 times in the past 1.5 months and have been on hold on the phone for HOURS trying to fix the issue. This is not acceptable. Please DM me. I’m not a happy customer.

Spending my morning cancelling my new @Shawhelp connection and it's not even hooked up yet. I always got right through to someone - till I called the cancellation line - now I've been on hold for 10 min and counting. Lots of unhelpful help, until now.

@WillKon @Shawhelp Yeah, it is beyond frustrating. They confirmed there was an active connection here before we moved in, so I cancelled my other service. Now I'm wishing I stayed with Telus. I can't run my business for a week now. Or I can burn ALL my mobile data in a day. No other options.
