    @Shawhelp my internet has been out for almost 3 hours now. I’ve tried to get ahold of support but it kept cutting out. I finally got through to someone and they’re making me wait until tomorrow to send someone out to fix. Please help!

    @ShawInfo what is going on with your customer support?! i called and waited to talk to billing for over 2 hours only to have the IVR eventually tell me there was just too many people waiting and then hung up on me. so i went to chat instead and there's 132 people ahead of me!
