    @Shawhelp I just tried the chat on the My Shaw app and it was absolutely terrible. Can't get through on the phone and I need to know when my service is coming back on in Mission because I have to work.

    @Shawhelp Really? That's not at all what you did when I was having the issues. Not only did you not ensure it was resolved you went ahead taking full payment every month knowing I was having issues since I kept calling and tweeting at the time. And no appointment was needed only a new box.

    @Shawhelp Actually was on a wifi few blocks from my home on another occasion. Same issue. This app only seems to work in my house and at my office.
