Shaw Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • cobalt766 Cobalt (@cobalt766) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Shawhelp once again time to renew with you and you try and Jack up my prices. Your customer service still sucks.

  • MyWpgExperience Remy A. 🇨🇦 (Downtown Winnipeg) (@MyWpgExperience) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba

Just had a @ShawInfo customer chat representative tell me my 2-year internet agreement at $65 per mth 1st yr and $95 per mth 2nd yr was a "deep discount which I should enjoy." (Their words exactly). Considering their current offerings, I both feel both #rippedoff & #punkedoff!

  • DekeyPetey40 Sarino (@DekeyPetey40) reported from Qualicum Beach, British Columbia

Hi @Shawhelp I would like to cancel the @WWENetwork

  • cloutier68 Monique Cloutier (@cloutier68) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@stephenbraverm1 @Jen_Newsted @Shawhelp I could use an upgrade for my internet too. Never seems to get around to do this though.

  • Aly_B_YYC Alyssa Berry (@Aly_B_YYC) reported from Calgary, Alberta

My mom just told me she’s not listed as a @Shawhelp customer as it’s my dad’s name on the account. Therefore, she can’t make any changes or additions to the account. How’s that for misogyny. Do better, Shaw.

  • JKerby_88 John Kerby (@JKerby_88) reported from St. Albert, Alberta

@Shawhelp Internet is crap today too many people on it

  • mgamble Matthew Gamble (@mgamble) reported from Oakville, Ontario

@Mark_Goldberg @TELUS @ShawInfo No, I’m only talking about fiber in the ground. It needs to be treated like a utility, not like a competitive service. We don’t need to rip up streets twice and run multiple cables to each home. And if the government is funding it, it 💯 percent needs to be open access.

  • TheHeistMonkey Heist (@TheHeistMonkey) reported from Surrey, British Columbia

@Shawhelp my modem / router started blinking green and I’ve lost my internet. In South Surrey. Please help.

  • JKerby_88 John Kerby (@JKerby_88) reported from North Grenville, Ontario

@Shawhelp @AppleTV I know but this makes it easier to sign in to apps the requires Shaw Login

  • rleiper84 NotTheOnlyRobert (@rleiper84) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba

@I_am_Lisa_R @ShawInfo It's a luxury service.. the fact you can afford cable while others can't afford to pay rent ma less this laughable and petty
