Shaw Cable has horrible customer service and no respect for long time customers all they want is your money. I blame it on the merger with even more greedy Rogers customers are just a number now

When I called and got through to someone, the lady was lovely. Transferred me to customer service and it was closed.

Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported@Shawhelp I’ve been trying for a while for a solution, but it looks like we will end up changing providers next month, as we have not found a solution and I’m not the only one who has this issue with the X series modems.
