    BEST PART after repairing the malfunctioning hardware causing our intermittent wifi issues (Shaw’s problem, not mine!) the @ShawInfo tech misdiagnosed our Ethernet issue. I graciously offered him coaching.

    Stuck in a @Shawhelp & @Telus she said he said **** show. One of them screwed up, just want the phone to work & after 3-4hrs on the phone with Shaw. Don't know what to believe, heard 3 different stories. Shut the cell off not in the mode for anymore BS tonight.

    @Shawhelp SOS - haven't been able to access Blue Curve via browser for the past week or so, consistently getting "an unexpected error occurred" message. Works fine on the app...help?

    @Keri_Adams @ctv_mariaw Voip services like Shaw Home phone are the worst. They deny a delayed disconnection or dial tone even happens @Shawhelp

    I’m not sure who needs coaching to connect to wifi, but want to bet that one of these things influenced my perceived credibility in the eyes of @shawinfo technicians and customer service agents?
