@ShawInfo you waitlisted my 85 year old grandma to fix her phone for over a week until this Friday. Meanwhile, her son has been moved into palliative care to die, where there are active covid cases. She can't visit him to say goodbye and cant call him or any1 until Friday?? @BC1

@Shawhelp Trying to deal with it over live chat but I suspect the agent is dealing with multiple conversations using copy/paste from your database of phrases to use for plebs like me. Like subtitles not working over Blue Curve on Netflix this is another issue that will never be sorted.

@Shawhelp I'm all DM'd out with you but issues still never get resolved. Each time I DM I have to re-explain everything, if you had a login issue tracker it would be better. I am on the verge of giving up with you.
