    @Shawhelp Received new modem for 1 Gig, yesterday. Installation went smooth without problems except for: The old 300 mbs device had 4 ethernet connectors but the new device only has 2. How to connect two gigabit desktop machines and my NAS? Shaw provide 1 Gig 5-port switch?

    @Shawhelp So I can't get a hold of anybody through chat or phone? How exactly is this considered #support? 3 hours and counting is pretty crappy support
