    @Shawhelp This is the absolute last straw with Shaw. Second time this month there is an Outage in my area. Canada Day, my internet was out for 28 hours. Today it's been out for over 12 hours now. I would like compensation as I feel like I shouldn't have to front a $300 bill..

    @Shawhelp hi i can’t log into my shaw. Or login to apps to watch TV on them. We switched our TV from one account in Calgary to another account in Sorrento/Blind Bay, BC

    @Shawhelp can we get an update on the outage in Surrey? I haven't been able to work all day. Our business is suckling wind at the moment and we haven't had an update in 4 hours. You've been down since about midnight! 2nd time in as many weeks! #Shawoutage #surrey

    @Shawhelp when do you plan to reimburse for all your outages? I cannot keep paying my phone provider for extra internet. Every two weeks there is an outage.
