    Hi @Shawhelp. The Internet went out again in the middle of a meeting. It would be great if you could fix these outages. Or maybe @RogersHelps can toss some resources our way to help. One more outage away from switching to @TELUS

    Thanks for the help yesterday Z @Shawhelp. Just have a few questions. Do you guys need the old Cable box back? Will the 4K blue curve boxes I have work on a 1080 tv? Or do they only work on a 4K screen? Just asking as I have 2 of the 4K boxes but only one 4K tv in the house.

    If you are using @Shawinfo Shaw Cable & get a phone call saying they are updating your Shaw cable box remotely, it is a scam. Hang up.

    @Shawhelp Why does the Weather Network default to a city where I am not located? It isn't helpful to have the temperature, wind and forecast for Victoria when I don't live in Victoria. How can I change it to my location?
