  • RayCushenan Ray Cushenan (@RayCushenan) reported

@Shawhelp Internet outage in North Van Edgemont area since about 1040pm. Came back very briefly for 2 minutes then gone again. I don’t see outage reports and I’ve had blue curve router issues before so wondering if it’s my hardware again.

  • arieswriting Jennifer Samson (@arieswriting) reported

@ShawHelp Are there any internet/TV issues for North Vancouver? Our internet keeps dropping, TV channels are cutting out. Multiple TVs, over the last few days. We've power cycled everything multiple times.

  • JorVall Jorge Valladares (@JorVall) reported

@Shawhelp Is the service still down in the Sherwood Park region/Edmonton? Want to make sure it's not just us.

  • rhibbsy Ryan Hibbs (@rhibbsy) reported

@Shawhelp No, you’re 100% lying. I was offered an upgrade to 100Mbps upload speed, and told that speed was the highest available in my area. I agreed, and I upgraded. After getting the new router, and testing the speed, and seeing that I didn’t get that, I chatted to customer support.

  • rdanderson1972 roger anderson (@rdanderson1972) reported

@Shawhelp My cable has been down for 24 hours

  • JoeC8H10N4O2 Joe PhD. (@JoeC8H10N4O2) reported

@Shawhelp 49 hours with no service, no outage posted on the outages page. No ETA from technical support. No response from tech support when contacting them. No reason for the outage other than “it’s complicated”. I realize there isn’t much you can do, but maybe you can find someone?

  • DarthVakaryn Zach (@DarthVakaryn) reported

Hey @Shawhelp out internet is not working and I'm told you guys can't send a tech out until the 19th? As a wfh household, do you realize how unacceptable that is? What is the point of your service? It never works properly anyway.

  • Valomir Tyler (@Valomir) reported

@Shawhelp hey the AI chat thing didn't work for me, I just want to give you a confirmation code for payment so I can avoid service disruption.

  • Bryan_Leitch Bryan Leitch (@Bryan_Leitch) reported

@Shawhelp I called your help line today. The customer service agent checked with colleagues, came back & said they are aware of the glitching and banding issues on some channels. The question now is, when are you going to fix it? Telus has offered to pay my early disconnect fee + promo.

  • fotogtom Tom Thomson (@fotogtom) reported

@Shawhelp Shaw is a multi billion dollar technology company and it can’t program a back button to go back and change a setting? Instead you have your customers jump through hoops to get a refund and then start from scratch? And then tell them they will never be allowed a refund again?
