    @Shawhelp I signed up for two more years, shaw shipped a new device.Everything on the old device worked perfectly but I'm having trouble with the new one.Chatted to tech support and was told sucks to be you, nothing I or anyone else at Shaw can do to help, figure it out yourself.

    @Shawhelp hi, YEG area, cannot view Fairchild 551 since this morning till now, is there an outage? Other channels are ok though. Thx

    @ShawInfo As a Shaw customer, I’m very disappointed with the news. I’ve been happy with my Shaw service for years and now you’re handing all your customers over to Rogers?!

    We've been pretty happy with our @ShawInfo service but with @Rogers buying them, I guess at least we have enough time to research/pick a new service provider.. #rogers #shaw #rogersvsshaw

    @chubberly16 @ShawInfo Really hoping the CRTC puts the kibosh on this one. For Cable TV & Internet I could understand, but for telecommunications, this is really bad. Also, Radio/TV stations as there's a limit to how many they can have in a single market.

    @Shawhelp ok asked to be downgraded back to my old 300 plan and return the BlueCurve device.Soon as I plugged my old device back in everything started working again.Been a Shaw customer for a years but I won't forget this experience Support is atrocious; product is appalling.
