    @Shawhelp Hi, I applied for a new home internet connection on 17th September 2021. Technician came for installation on 18th but couldn’t complete the installation as he said a drop-out needs to be installed outside your house. But after that I’m calling shaw technical support almost

    Man, 4 days in a row of 5Mb/s down Internet... @Shawhelp you guys doing alright? This is starting to become absurd. I have work to do tomorrow and unfortunately 5MB/s isnt gonna cut it.
