Aaaand they said the internet is reactivated but it's not. After 30 minutes of talking to the most combative and unhelpful @ShawInfo customer service agent ever 🙃

@Shawhelp It's interesting your Black Friday offer made to me today was to almost double my bill and give me 300mb instead of the 600mb I have. The $90 Telus 1gb down/1gb up seems so much better than the $125 for 1gb down / 100mb up. 2 weeks with no internet wasn't cool too.
