@ShawInfo I have no idea how you stay in business! I’ve been on hold now for over 30 minutes waiting for an agent to upgrade my internet and nobody is answering the “live chat”. Tough to stay loyal when your coverage AND service both suck!

@Shawhelp Ever since my iPad updated to 14.2 I am receiving an blue curve tv error message error TVApp 00200. I have taken a number of actions many of them suggested after numerous google searches. I still cannot connect. Is there a fix for this?
