  @Shawhelp Even asked to speak to a manager and@was told there was t anyone available. Seriously?? What’s tech support have to do with giving me my channels where i was told it would be included and now Shaw wants an extra $7/mth? And I mentioned the My Shaw not working to support.

  @Shawhelp Is there a known issue/fix with the Blu Curve set top boxes where shows will show as recorded but will only playback the first few minutes and then freeze? This is happening a bit too often with our device.

  I was today years old when I was told it’s my problem to clean my modem. @Shawhelp said their product could burn my house down… @TELUS please tell me you won’t burn my house down…@Shawhelp please don’t respond. You have done enough. Cheers

  @MooseBeSocial @Shawhelp Careful if you cancel with Shaw. They didn't send me a final bill with a correct total until after they sent it to collections. They said I should have over paid them beforehand so this didn't happen. Telus isn't great but better than trying to screw with your customers

  @Shawhelp Looking for a contact for someone above customer service. Do you have a phone number for someone in customer retention? Customer service was not able to help.

  @Shawhelp Spent almost 2 hours with support from having internet with intermittent lag spikes/slow internet. To having no internet and then then stating that I have to wait a week for a service tech. A tech was here a week ago and now I get to spend another week without internet.
