    @Shawhelp I’ve read the non information posted on the outage page. It just keeps repeating the same thing for 9 days now. If it’s not back on today or I don’t get an answer as to why it’s still down then I’ll be switching to telus.

    @Shawhelp The continuation of the service with a "past due" hangs in the balance. The "past due" the agents can and cannot see or address.

    @Shawhelp so this account isn't tech support? Currently an hour wait on the phone; still waiting on the Chat -- hehe this account was my last resort. The last few times I was told to reboot to fix -- tried that several times, This has been a monthly occurrence for the past while

    @Shawhelp we have had multiple people out . Lines from the pole have been replaced, all lines at the office have been replaced, modem has been replaced, it's not our location, everyone on our street is having the same issue and nobody is getting anywhere talking to shaw support.

    @Shawhelp That’s the point. Have already had numerous conversations with “technical support experts” with numerous tickets written and no change or improvements in tech probs experienced for many months.

    Anyone else in #yxe having internet troubles? Its been a couple hours. We're in Lakeview. @ShawInfo reports outage in Pacific Heights but not here. In queue with customer service for a while now.
