@ShawInfo your customer service is abhorrent! Spoke with Ramid in retention, and he was extremely rude. For the monthly $ customers pay, as well as being a customer for 11 years, this is beyond unacceptable. I think it is finally time to cut ties with your deplorable service.

All Shaw services down for over 8 hours in Calgary SW (Altador / Garrison Woods) …. @Shawhelp is absolutely useless for updates …. Best info coming from crew on site thru social media. Next update supposed to come an hour ago …. So glad I renewed for 2 years 🤢

@TELUS @LadyDuskcaller Your customer service thinks it's funny to transfer and disconnect. I have been trying for days and this morning for hours. It took me years to get away from Rogers and the horrible, skyrocketing service and costs. Now with the takeover of Shaw here we go again. Canadians pay more than any other country and we have just lost what little competition was left. CRTC waste of money. @ShawInfo @Rogers
