@Shawhelp Hi, I'm having the same problem as before but instead of the light blinking orange, it's blinking green. We had a tech come out and said the wire was cut and fixed it but im not sure whats happening now. Pls and thx!

@Shawhelp @hartreef_singh Dont waste your time.They simply have no concept of customer service and do not care about you or any others. reps are untrained and I feel for them as they have to put up w the anger and are supplied ZERO information..talked to a rep today, after a 2 hour wait n they had no clue

@Shawhelp @hartreef_singh Dont waste your time..all they are doing is trying to placate their customers by sending them own a never-ending loop of NO INFORMATION available..this is the worst customer service of any company in Canada..by far...treat customers like absolute ****,,,

@Shawhelp I received a message saying that I am reaching my limit for our webmail. When I try to sign in it says it is wrong so I reset my password. Then when I try to login to webmail it says the same thing. I can sign in to my shaw then when I try to go to webmail it does the same

@Shawhelp @hartreef_singh actually..nothing can be found and contacted shaw is useless as after doing everything possible online, I called and waited 2 hours only to have a rep that knew less than I did..as usual a shaw shitshow..worst service anywhere\in any company

@ShawInfo @Bell here we go again Shaw let a customer down no tv or internet for 4 days. Cant send a technician or fix our problem, means we loose work = no wage. « Bell can you come before Tuesday I think I’ll need a new service provider »
