@Shawhelp Have a look through your tweets….this is happening to a bunch of people. How does this get fixed? Not an article for me to read through with ideas that never woke. I’d like a solution! I have my tv currently in a system refresh but so far nothing has worked. Very frustrated!

@Shawhelp last week or so my cable box has been beyond slow and my internet connection cuts out about 2-3 times ever hour for about 5 minutes at a time. Gotta fix this.

@Shedmaster13 @kel_varn @Shawhelp Looks like their tech support has no clue what's going on aside from tell you to unplug and re-plug everything & then eventually they give up and say they will escalate the case. & when you follow up with the escalation, they know nothing & ask u to try rebooting w/ them again

@Shawhelp finally clued in to the problem with my smart plugs not working.. After whatever update was done to my xb7 modem not allowing me to change WiFi settings they stopped working. Ended up shutting off the 2.4 ghz WiFi radio and running my own AP for 2.4ghz. All works now

@Shawhelp can you let your team know that the blue curve tv menu is still wonky and full of blank boxes? Please don't ask me to contact tech support. I've spent 3-4 nights speaking to them in the last 2 weeks with unsolved issues. Thanks.
