What does loyalty mean? For companies this mean steady stream of cash for a products or services they provide. But for some, loyalty means nothing. Today @ShawInfo was unable to provide be with the same plan a friend of mine received for the new Fiber 500. Sucks!

@TELUSsupport I just got disconnected again while waiting on hold for technical support to figure out why I have no internet all day. If I get disconnected while on hold again I will be cancelling my acount tomorrow and switching to @ShawInfo

@Bell @Shawhelp After 18 years as a loyal #bellmobile customer, I made a move. The same #service now costs $150 per month less, and I got better cable and internet. @bell #CustomerSupport would do nothing try to keep me as a customer. I'll let you know how it goes.
