    @shawhelp 90 min on the phone with your call center to be told the modem needs replacing, will take 2 days to get a modem in Calgary, 3 days for a technician, that Shaw has no one who addresses customer concerns & no option to pick up a modem. Worst customer service ever.

    @TELUSsupport moved into our house on Aug 12. Haven’t had 4 days consecutively without an internet disruption. Sitting here now with over 24hrs of no service. @Shawhelp on line one. I’m so fed up!

    I am about 10 years with #Shaw internet, paying about $67CAD/month for internet 10. @Novusnow came to our building offering $40CAD/month for internet 100. I called Shaw service asking for a competitive offer. They are not interested, and are fine me to quit. @ShawInfo @Shawhelp

    @Shawhelp can you PLEASE update your bluecurve tv app, to run on the Chromecast with Google TV? It took way to long to add chromecast support alone, I cannot keep explaining over and over why YOUR app development is so slow. Please, keep up to date with things.

    @ahung @Shawhelp I'm having the exact same issue in Sherwood Park, AB, and it's on ALL my boxes, not just one. PVR doesn't work either...better check again Shaw, cause it sounds like a problem on your end. #notourfault

    @Shawhelp @HeatherLoughra8 The solution to my internet being out is to look and see if your website is telling me it's out? Kyle, you should hire heather. I bet this new account following 1 person with 0 followers would be a great fit.
