Sigh.... this is why we cant have nice things @ShawInfo 6 months of asking for them to properly fix the internet. and every month the same issue leaves us having to make you all wait for content while they fix it

@ShawInfo You need to add a zoom option for Troubleshooting. This would make it much easier to help people and break the language barrier.....or accent barrier!!!

So annoyed with @Bell, called to cancel service due to getting an offer from @ShawInfo that was half my current bill. So @bell decides to match that offer, where was this before? These companies need to take better care of their current customers, not when they're trying to leave
