  @Shawhelp No thanks.. I am not going to unplug another box or disconnect the coax cable. I am not letting another tech cut an inch off the coax and replace the connector again. This is on every PVR in the house. Fix the problem in Braeside. It is not in the house

  One week. 3 outages in a week with #shaw @Shawhelp. Had them out on multiple occasions but clearly issue isn't on my end. Trying to get work done and they're making my life very difficult right now. So frustrating.

  @Shawhelp wondering when service in Winnipeg would be back up. Also scheduling maintenance in central time based on mountain time, kinda sucks, people still work from home.
