Hey @shawhelp, your two way verifications do not work on the my Shaw app. You have to use a PC in order for MFA to work. The apps work fine without mfa, but in this world you need mfa. Please fix it. Don’t suggest to call into your support line, your people there have no clue

So I came home to an error message on my @Shawhelp cable box.Did the old unplug and reboot,nothing.Second time in a month.This time couldn’t fix it over the phone.Service call booked for Friday am. No TV till then.What am I supposed to do? TALK TO MY WIFE?? 🤬🤬

Well, over the course of 5 days & with the assistance of 7 tech support people & one service tech who visited my home, & countless “back end” people, my internet modem is finally activated. One special shout out to Jesse at @shawhelp who stuck with me until the problem was fixed
