@edwards_iam @TELUS @ShawInfo You like it? Good service?

  • islgalwrites Mamma Bear (@islgalwrites) reported

@jana_thorn @Bell_Support @Shawhelp Went to Shaw from Telus and have had no regrets since we switched. Customer service is excellent. Honestly it’s the main reason we moved next to getting some better deals.

@witcan74 @ShawInfo my dog who didn't bark once when they're right outside our balcony. Stupid useless dog. ~haha jk I love him

  • SpoonFictitious Fictitious Spoon (@SpoonFictitious) reported

@Shawhelp This is the second several hour outage Langley outage in the two months I’ve had your service. Maybe your equipment needs an upgrade or something? My neighbours with Telus didn’t lose their service either time.

@CDAinsworth @ShawInfo @TELUS I was a Telus customer from 2017-2020… IT WAS AWESOME in 2020 I moved to a Shaw community. It’s been DISASTROUS, everyday I have multiple drops, inconsistent internet, and extremely poor customer service.

  • 3rdandOak Desmond Demosthenes (@3rdandOak) reported

@ErikWdV @Nevin_Thompson @ShawInfo Because they know that small claims court would laugh them out the door. Believe me, I've found every piece of equipment laying around the house and it went into that box. They can recycle their own crap.

  • jwd7150 Jwd7150 (@jwd7150) reported

@ShawInfo so shaw when r u hooking me back up since u lied I paid my monthly payment I know I'm behind but I'm doing my best to chip away at that bill but since your treating me like a telus customer where u don't give a crap & just want to money I'm going to keep irritating u!!

  • solarwolfman StreetWalkingCheeto (@solarwolfman) reported

@ShawInfo how about instead kicking the can down the road by funneling legitimately frustrated customers into the bowels of you buggy chats you just fix the problem? There’s no trouble shooting to be done. Your techs already know what the problem is. They’ve told me over and over

  • MattersCalgary CalgaryMatters (@MattersCalgary) reported

@ShawInfo @thehackergals The company that cannot provide the service that you pay for.

  • 3rdandOak Desmond Demosthenes (@3rdandOak) reported

Why do so many companies put the onus on the customer to do a job that is the company's responsibility. I went over to the local @ShawInfo location in Mayfair with equipment that needed to be returned. Nope... can't do that. You have to box it and send it to Edmonton. What?? 1/2
