    @Shawhelp Internet out again in Kamloops. Nothing listed in your outages but we had a few hours outage last Friday or Saturday. Trying restarting modem but nothing works. Must be a larger issue.

    @Shawhelp Also @RogersHelps shaw said they will pay for my cell phone bill because of the slow internet because of the damaged cable

    @Shawhelp I’m not really sure how many more times I can hear “we’re not sure what’s causing your problem. We’ve changed the modem and it looks like there’s an issue with the tap. We can’t fix it if we don’t know what’s causing it.”

    @Shawhelp we went through all the steps of enabling roaming for our son who is currently traveling on his own in a big US city and his phone service is not working and your company wanted us to chat with a bot about it all night. Unacceptable.

    @ShawInfo you guys have to be the worst company for internet. Screwed up my appointment with no apologies. Sent an ******* tech who just wanted to leave. Granted I'm sure the tech isn't being paid as he should so why should he care. But God...the customers you've lost...#tankshaw
