@Shawhelp What's the point, your service guy has just told me that 200 -300 mb download speeds are fine on the 1 GB package. That you don't guarantee anything.

@brettdrc Support is non-existent, by design. They bundle mobile, home phone and internet. Billing is confusing, and inaccurate. Thwy refuse to help, in writing, even regards life safety, Beware @Shawhelp

Why do the @Shawhelp people keep tells us to not renew the contract if we don't want too.. we have general internet issues ( who does in 2022) and the dude and now the tech lady have both told me to not renew it if I don't want to
