@Shawhelp 2/ They have called in multiple times. And have been offered credits. Not a solution. Or a timeline of when it will be fixed. It’s dangerous for them not to have reliable phone or internet service and no help in sight.

@Shawhelp Still no internet - 36 hours. Both Telus and Rogers working. They also don't want to give update. This is inexcusable. Leaving customers in the dark is horrible client service.

5/ ok.. @Shawhelp it took 3 boxes and transformers to blow up before anyone would attempt to look at it. Shaw repair guy finally showed up. These seniors were without a landline for 4 days. The agents on the phone told ppl to stop calling they can’t help. How awful!
