    @APSpoon @Shawhelp Keep calling them until you get someone who understands. Shaw's upload isn't great to begin with but if you're onnthe Fibre you shouldn't be getting massive issues. That said, I'm confident my upload issues are Shaw related, too.

    @Shawhelp i need to return an unused tv box i can't use that's still in the box, after confirming EVERYTHING they keep asking for a security phrase i have no memory of, wtf, i'll just throw it in the trash and call mts

    Bi-annual reminder that @Shawhelp mobile service is one of the shoddiest consumer services available in this province, and you shouldn't even consider buying it.

    @APSpoon @Shawhelp bit rate isn't an issue with shaw, bit rate is with Twitch and how much you are sending. IE even if you had 1gig up, you still have to limit your bitrate in OBS to match what Twitch is letting you have, and even then you might want to pull it back for people on older systems.

    @APSpoon @Shawhelp yeah that's def not right. ypur upload should, even if slow compared to download, be rock solid on Shaw.

    @Shawhelp good morning, I am a copper tech with two customers that have the same machine. Both machines stopped emailing yesterday in the afternoon and I am getting just a general check network status. It's there something going on. Neither machine is set for authentication
