So, so, so beyond upset that @Shawhelp locked me into a contract without my knowledge. No spoken word, no signature, nothing. @TELUS has an incredible #BlackFriday deal and I just wanted to see if Shaw had a lower cost I could take advantage of. Not a happy customer right now.

@sa20_98 @Shawhelp called them today, the router shat itself and stopped releasing a signal, took me 45 minutes to deal with the problem by chat. Worst. Service. Ever.

@wpgguy @Shawhelp the key now is to talk to neighbours (u probably have) on Shaw. If they are having the same issues than u will know its not your set up but their infrastructure. I still think the legacy coax cable tech I had was more reliable

@Shawhelp My internet service hasn't been the most consistent recently. Also, I've been feeling somewhat worried about the security of my router as I've gotten a few notifications from several devices saying out is network is not secure.
