    .@Shawhelp any idea why our wifi constantly disconnects from our devices? It’s resulted in $50 in overage charges. It’s pretty annoying for a service we pay so much for.

    @Shawhelp Yes, we have no service, phone Internet & .TV. This happens too frequently, if l had a choice l would be using Telus.

    @Shawhelp I live at 3050 Hillcrest Drive Whistler V8E 0T8 We are constantly having our Internet being down, TV is fine and we are sick and tired of the Internet not working especially in the last two weeks. Are you doing some sort of maintenance? Thanks

    @Shawhelp I saw that on your website but it says service will be retired when the hydro situation is fixed and it was fixed a while ago. We still have no phone, internet or cable.
