Mark Banks (@markbanks6) reported@Shawhelp I’m not out of region which is why I reached out. I’ve never had this issue previously. This was also viewed on satellite not digital. You can see from my pic that the broadcast was still playing in the background. Normally the screen is black behind the pop up if out of region

Dave (@Danrek77) reported@Shawhelp Yes, I didn’t even unbox this new one. I had contacted support immediately after taking the package from Purolator because the box looked trashed. My problem was the lady on support said nothing about bew hardware or when it might come, just the email with the QR Fed Ex label
