4/ they lost all power last night.. no phone, internet or cable. Their neighbor has been waiting for a service call for over a week.. @Shawhelp . This is terrible for them.. its not a good look when an entire community is being ignored for service fix

@ShawInfo please help me with my business phone. It’s absolutely horrific service. When someone phones while I’m talking I get dial toned. Also some numbers can’t phone me.
