@Shawhelp Here's Telus' ad: "Another Shaw outage? That’s bananas. Tired of spotty internet? Does your TV or phone cut out at the worst possible times? Switch to TELUS and enjoy reliable internet – with upload speeds more than 9X faster than Shaw" @TELUS @ShawInfo #perfectresponse

  • LuvdatTweets Djsour (@LuvdatTweets) reported

@Shawhelp why is the intertnet always down in port moody and Vancouver in general, and receiving no support via your chat system..? is @TELUSsupport better?

  • enertyr11 Terry R (@enertyr11) reported

@Shawhelp Is the network down in the Edmonton Westend Lewis estates? Lost all TV and Internet. Attempted Gateway reboot but no signal (red light, now solid white)

  • PeterVogel Peter Vogel (@PeterVogel) reported

@Shawhelp Yes, it was a local re-allocation. The BlueCurve box underwent an extended startup after the power cut. Again, thanks for you prompt help. So far it seems only the one device, a headless Raspberry Pi, was allocated a new IP address.

  • Landos23 Landon Snyder (@Landos23) reported

@Shawhelp is there any reason that I haven’t been able to keep a steady signal at my house in Airdrie the past week?? It’s been ridiculous, having to unplug the modem every couple hours and such and it barely works then

  • ShallowSharon Sharon (@ShallowSharon) reported

@Shawhelp It’s not working either. Pls dm me a phone number to connect with a human being to help resolve this issue that has been ongoing for days. Thank you

  • TAlfred12 TJAlfred12 (@TAlfred12) reported

@Shawhelp You bet I did. Still blinking. Was working fine before they started working today. More top notch service from Shaw. I am not surprised.

@ShawInfo @Shawhelp is there really no better options in situations where the acct holder has passed away but the surviving spouse is still in the same household? Other than potential disruption to services and possibly higher billing costs? Really doesn't help with the stress.
