@Shawhelp went from pixelated tv/bad sound (but apps worked) to our Netflix movie cutting out with an error to tighten cables. Cables tightened. Same error message. Now we can’t access the apps. Service doesn’t come for two days. Beyond frustrated. 2nd time in less than a month.

@joehagg @Shawhelp @ShawInfo Don't know why, but on my phone I have this intermittent issue with twitter. This despite blistering speeds on the modem. And yet, I turn off the wifi on my phone and BOOM, no problems.

@PeterLepine @Shawhelp Last time I got frustrated with Shaw I called them and asked to cancel my service. When I explained why they fixed the problem right there and gave me a $25 credit. I told them I didn't want the credit, I just want them to answer the phone and fix the problem wo me waiting hours.

Just finished the most lovely tech support call with Diane in Victoria, BC at Shaw Mobile! They are so damn lucky to have her! Having Visual VM issues and she did what could to resolve them tonight. We had to hang up for me to test it. @Shawhelp

@Shawhelp - Why is your customer service so crappy? Why do the agents have to ask for a “secure form” for every thing? I had to spend 30min+ on a small issue doing back and forth with the agent. Why is that? Why not make it simpler to get help for your low grade service?

@Shawhelp Unfortunately, you don’t know what you’re talking about. Five text support people, and one service technician who came to my house. All of them spoke with your account people. Each one advise that when the problem gets fixed, they will call me.

@Shawhelp Already did that. Using twitter from my MacBook to see if the issue pops up here as requested by the tech.

@Shawhelp hoping to confirm: Shaw Mobile does NOT offer eSim support for wearables like Google & Apple Watch, right?
