    @Shawhelp Shaw’s customer service used to be great and it’s really gone down hill. I was a service manager for years and this 💩 did not occur on my watch. When you have tech scheduled for a client you make darned sure they show up or another tech if the first one can’t.

    @Shawhelp Having problem with wifi. Have disconnected cable and power lines to modem, waited 1 min, then reconnected twice. First time it worked for 20 min, then stopped again.

    @Shawhelp why is it when I call in and request a call back rather than wait on hold then I get an auto call back, told I'm number one in the queue and am still waiting on hold over 40 minutes? This is awful service. A call back should be a real person.

    @ShawInfo Went to Woodgrove mall to update our cable, internet and to get 2 new cell phones and cell phone plans. Erik was standing at the door on his phone. When we asked if we could go in and talk to someone he ask about what. When we gave him information he was extremely rude,

    @Shawhelp what is going on with the Internet in North Vancouver? I am in the chat support queue for the second time today. The first time, your automated assistant kicked me out of the queue before an agent even responded. That was after waiting almost an hour.

    @Shawhelp Just wasted 2 hours waiting for a Shaw tech who never showed up to check our tv signal which is bad then another hour on hold for Shaw support trying to find out what happened to the scheduled appointment. When Shaw Rep finally picked up they had no excuse for why
