@kesler_allison @ShawInfo They just want to get you on their new **** you to the customer plans, where BASIC CABLE is 114 channels, where 3 of the channels air the same show within 3 hrs. Yea thats a deal, for Shaw. Internet and streaming services never been happier with entertainment package.

@Shawhelp Taylan, my convo with an agent happened today before I sent this. It's been 14 months of the same old, going down a trouble shooting list, but never getting to a remedy. I've been through 2 modems 20 call centre individuals and multiple tech visits & the problem still exists.

@Shawhelp 3mbs is considered dreadfully slow and that's literally what I get on average and pay 100$ a month for. Plugged in to ethernet

@Shawhelp It's not even that, your service department is so useless it's not worth paying them. They shouldn't have jobs. They sit there doing nothing keeping people on hold for almost an hour, and then look at the screen for 2 seconds to put them back on hold 'because they can't help'
