    @Shawhelp Shaw email servers down? Webmail works but no email received on PC, Android, iPhone. Error saying server issues, password issues, etc.

    @Shawhelp No. It looks like someone found the issue when they came back to work on Monday … next time, please just have someone go to a TV and check for me please. Sometimes the easy way can be easy …

    @Shawhelp Yes, the new TV box (#2) is running, however, without a cable, the signal sometimes cuts out - the Internet might be down or slow for a nanosecond. Our WiFi shows as being strong.

    @Shawhelp aeems that roger/shaw internet in ellerslie edmonton is dropping a lot? Any issues in this area?

    @Shawhelp @LindsayWiebeRD Former Shaw client here of over 25 years. I recommend switching to another provider. Shaw Cable has horrible customer service and no respect for long time customers all they want is your money. I blame it on the merger with even more greedy Rogers customers are just a number now
