@Shawhelp You've earned the expletive and the prospective families can ******* deal with it. Been chatting with your reps for 2hrs. Their troubleshooting steps brought me from inconsistent internet to no internet and I now have to explain to my employer why I can't login to work tomorrow.

@Shawhelp why has it taken 6 months, so far, to get our cable buried? Our service has been running above ground along a park, across the lane and across our yard since January or February!! Phoned at least three times and told it's "a work in progress". I don't see any progress!

I spend almost two hours on the phone with you @Shawhelp trying to get this fixed. You transfer me four times to different people. No one fixes the issue and then you hang up on me. You need to work on your customer service.
