@cbmas0n @Shawhelp I was getting like 10 a day in the SW. I unplugged it for an hour and plugged it back in, no issues since.

@RogersHelps my wife and I are having the same issue as others are with the Ignite app not casting. @Shawhelp uses the same foundation for their BlueCurve Shaw TV app as well, and it's also not casting. #HELP

@Shawhelp #Mobil no sense of customer service. We did what rep said & still issues exist, rep & TeamLead Ian say hands r tied n Ian says we do not escalate customer issues higher than his position. He had no response to my question, what does he get paid for if he can't help us?
