@TELUS @TELUSsupport I’m not sure what is going on with your company anymore but I just had the most horrific incident with one of your telephone agents. I was gaslit, lied to, and treated like scum. I’m almost in tears. @Shawhelp can you do better? I give up.

@Shawhelp Unfortunately, this is not a troubleshooting problem, this is a Shaw Cable problem. Closes captions are always on the left side of the screen, even after resetting the closed captions to default settings. Troubleshooting will not fix bad UI where closed captions cover menus.

And now @TELUSsupport has set up a technician appointment to my home Tuesday afternoon after me explaining the problem is the (burnt) cable for the neighbourhood not just me. And I’ll get charged $150 for this?!? No. I’ll switch to @ShawInfo.

@Shawhelp Yes I have provided constant posts of this IP-Coam issue and believe your reason should be explained publicly since when I call they don’t have access to my account and offer no help to avoid this happening several times a day
