    @Shawhelp As I said, it happens on several channels. Not only Sportsnet. My neighbours have a satellite dish and their SN360 isn’t glitching at all. The SN app also works fine. It is 100% Shaw. Some local techs in Medicine Hat have even admitted it being an issue.

    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp I cant believe how hard it is to talk to customer service is!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! This new chat service is the worst!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE - WE WANT TO TALK TO PEOPLE NOT MACHINES!!!!! AHHHHHHHHH

    @Shawhelp Is there someway you can fix the pixelation and cutting out of your higher channels? Its getting to be a regular thing in #yvr and teally annoying. I pay for clear channels, not this bullshit. Shall i move to #Telustv?

    @Shawhelp our Bluecurve TV hasn't been working for over an hour now...are there issues in North Langley? I've unplugged it...and plugged it back in....and I'm just getting a black screen. Guide works for a second...but if I change the channel the channel isnt showing the program.
