@Shawhelp The second agent hung up on me when I asked if she can start by authenticate me when she asked how can she help me. Wrong answer I guess. Wasn't rude at all.

@Shawhelp Hi We need help with our wifi! We have two networks, one being your 5G product. Only one network works at a time, and the working one is usually very inconsistent with its strength. We also only get a signal in the front half of those, and none downstairs. Can you fix it?

@ShawInfo I have intermittent internet issue so I reached out to Shaw customer support, booked an appointment for 7th July 2021. Technician just called me once, didn’t knock at the door & went away without resolving issue. Not getting convincing reply from support. Plz help
