WTF. @ShawHelp installed Internet service for my neighbour: the installer opened my demarc, removed the lightening arrestor, installed a splitter, and left my box unlocked with screws sitting inside :|
@Shawhelp our non pvr cable box is showing CC71 error. This happened at the end of October and an offsite tech was able to fix it. Tried chat yesterday and they insisted it could only be fixed by an on-site tech.
