@Shawhelp @Kellervo I have to work from home tomorrow. I'll send Shaw my mobile hotspot bill if service isn't restored by tomorrow morning.

@Shawhelp We need more than these general statements now, please. Let us know how severe this issue is and how much longer it will take to restore service, as your shift will be ending soon and people will need to plan ahead for the work day tomorrow if the outage can't be resolved by then

@Shawhelp so what compensation are you offering your Beltline customers? An outage for almost 13 hours is absolutely ridiculous.

@Shawhelp I'm in the Calgary beltline and I get you guys are working on the internet. That's awesome. But I was wondering what happened. Was there an accident or something? Also, will there be any compensation for the outage? Today is one of the few days I have to game and I cant

@adolwyn @Shawhelp There is a new update. Now it says “no ETA” for a fix.

Not going to lie - a 13 hour major internet outage with @Shawhelp (and counting) and the last update from 1pm saying “a few more hours” is starting to be a bad look. Like… could you not provide an update every or two? Or a cause? Or a realistic time of return? #yyc

My internet has been down all day. I've been patient, but this sucks! @ShawInfo #yyc

@Shawhelp @CourtFantinato Hey Jacoby, we all know how "sorry" Shaw is, but it's time to start talking reimbursement. It is time to credit all your customers for the inconvenience. I wouldn't be so perturbed with bad service had I not just completed Shaw's "outage" survey. So very very lame.

@Shawhelp @KtownRob It’s been over 5 hours since the last update, and over 12 hours down, any ETA now?
