    @musicbaum @ShawInfo When my Grandma died and we cancelled her services they were almost militant about us sending her equipment back. It was so odd because usually their customer service is pretty good - in my experience.

    @ThisDoorOpens @ShawInfo NOPE: i used Shaw Mobile today and over a 11 minute phone call; it dropped the call and disconnected 5 times; NO WONDER IT'S FREE; GARBAGE IS WHAT IT IS

    @Shawhelp @langleyjwr The power outage in that area started at 9pm (from the fire) last night, and your service went down at 7am today, not exactly in alignment. Only 148 customers affected by power, seems like far more by this, and the updates do not tell us when we can expect service restored

    @shenif @ShawInfo Lmao. All cell phone providers were having problems but I did not have any with my shaw. So at most it dealt with the same problems. Myself and two family members all have shaw without issue. I had a 30 min convo zero issue yesterday.

    @Shawhelp All services down suddenly in University Heights NW Calgary. Phone, cable and internet won’t offline about 8am MST, still not up. Is there an outage?

    @Shawhelp internet has been down for 12 hours, and can’t get through on the phone of course because despite charging premium prices you provide 🤡 service
