@ltritsch1 @Shawhelp Apparently Shaw did NOT use the last 8 days since the last outage to develop a contingency plan. What a wonderful example of a unprepared, disconnected company.

@Shawhelp Also, the first customer service rep I spoke with initially said she could upgrade me for less money than the plan listed on your website... but then couldn't, at the last minute, after I agreed to upgrade (at the lower cost).

@Shawhelp gotta say tech must be really lazy these days, telling us that "there no outage", perhaps it time to cut my loses and move on Shaw tech are too lazy to bother to go out and check the area of no service

@Shawhelp I’m not interested in DM’s. The outage was identified yesterday and the last update was yesterday evening at 6pm- I’m still waiting for a more recent update. All the Shaw customers in the Boundary area deserve better.
