Hey, @Shawhelp, any idea why we can get some cable stations but not others? I've checked these ok (-Shaw nos.): CNN-220, CBC-4, CTV-2,CTV@-9,Global-8,PBS-104, YesTV-215,Sportsnet-223 BUT NOT: TCM-49,CBCNN-227,SN-224,231,235 Pls help ASAP. Thx.

@ShawInfo why is the PVR so horrible. Skipping, not recording whole episodes, no sound.

@ShawInfo why do y’all advertise the download speeds at like 1gb and then when I actually download something its only like 100mb/s? 🤔 never understood this, like on the “speed test” ill get 1gb but actual downloads i never do.. this some false advertising 👀

@AllyBeauchesne @Shawhelp We got this new modem last week, had an issue, seemingly fixed it last Friday, and now it's down again. But I did get the email from Shaw saying that my monthly bill is going up.

@ShawInfo complaint. I called and talked to them about why their phones weren’t working and I was told they don’t have to tell us that the phones weren’t compatible. We will eventually get phones that work on their network cause it is a great plan I’m just upset they didn’t tell
