@Shawhelp @maharmallory I’ll save y’all a click. Turn it off then on. If that doesn’t work, turn it off then turn it on. If that doesn’t work, turn it off then turn it on. Don’t bother with support cause they’re just gonna tell you to do that over and over again till they give up. Hope this helps! :)

@ShawInfo All three off my boxes are down. (No IP) NO Signal. A obvious external line problem and the best you can do is send a TECH out 3 days from now? I have no TV and your chat guy is giving me attitude! Are you kidding me? Where is your customer service? @MrComplaintBox
