    @Shawhelp It has been resolved (after an hour talking with your agent). I will say, disconnecting people in the middle of the work day without notice is really poor behavior. We are in a pandemic, and this makes me consider other providers.

    @Shawhelp I'm tweeting this in case we have to cancel and we need proof of inadequate service. Fix your ****. Your random outages and useless responses are why we moved away from you as internet provider at work.

    @Shawhelp @sunnygil911 I was frustrated contacting support for all the time till I was referred by a friend to Multitask_support on Instagram they did an excellent job retrieve cmy stranded account.

    @Shawhelp It's bad enough we get random hangs and slowness, but this is not the first time this has happened. Often, it lasts long enough for me to know it's no longer a blip, verify my equipment, look up who to call. Obviously long enough for someone to notice with network monitoring.
