Egg (@AndisonSullivan) reported@Shawhelp @abhisheksfdc Shaw literally pays a whole department to either redirect people to it's help website or tell them to unplug and replug in their poorly made modems. They do this because it's cheaper than actually supplying a decent internet connection

Niki (@TheOtherNiki) reported@Shawhelp Your callback service is broken (has been all week). Asks if you want a callback, says wait time is (ie. 60 minutes). When you approve the callback and hang up, it calls you back immediately, says you're now #1 in the queue, but still makes you wait on hold for an hour.
