@TheChaseLemon @Shawhelp @ShawInfo It's interesting to tell someone your dad died, give them the ph # and email address, and be told "you didnt give me any account info" - there was no 'lets see how we can help' or 'the next steps we might want to take are...' Just totally uncaring and really really juvenile

@Shawhelp I am incredibly disappointed with the help I am not receiving. Since switching to Shaw Mobile I have been unable to receive incoming calls for multiple days on 2 occasions. Today I was told I would have to wait 3-5 business days for any type of resolution. This sucks.

@whytestreak @ShawInfo Dont see what the problem is... As a @Rogers customer in BC, I regularly go to ext roaming coverage outside my community. From a carrier, makes sense for them to partner for coverage ourisde of areas - costs & regulations are huge bottlenecks to installing new service

@ShawInfo why is it that I can talk to an agent on the phone with Apple and trouble shoot a bunch of stuff and then be done while I’m told I’m live with an agent in Shaw chat who hasn’t even responded.
