5 repair guys, 2 months and still having serious issues with shaw internet and tv. why pay when we are supposed to be getting 600mbps down and we consistently get 15… @ShawInfo

Hey @ShawInfo - how about hiring more service folks for the evening shift? It’s taken more than an hour to try fix our issue via ‘message us’ bcs our tech keeps vanishing, and now they’ve remotely disconnected our WiFi on top of everything else. 🤬

@ShawInfo since my contract ran out, my bill has been increasing MONTHLY. I spoke to an agent and was told that my charges could change month to month unless I sign a contract. As a customer of over 25 years, this is a brutal way to treat your existing clients. #extortion 🤬
