@Shawhelp I tried but it’s for new only. Must cancel for 90 days to save 50 a month. Seems a bit much. My contract is up in feb but apparently cannot renew unless I want to pay more.

Hey @Shawhelp , I'll need serious help if I see that friggin' Encanto/Disney+/Shaw ad one more time. 4-5 times during @globalnews is a bit much. (I know, not your department but I had to vent).

@ShawInfo your email platform is the absolute worst in existence. Why do I have to send the same email 4 times before it goes through?? I literally almost didn’t get my application for school processed because YOU didn’t send it and didn’t tell me

@Shawhelp Not impressed with who we in my household have chatted with from Shaw. Telling us we do not have a connection problem when we can hardly use our internet without constant disconnections and then closing our chat claiming to have “resolved the issue.”
