    @ShawInfo your email platform is the absolute worst in existence. Why do I have to send the same email 4 times before it goes through?? I literally almost didn’t get my application for school processed because YOU didn’t send it and didn’t tell me

    @WestJet has become the shaw cable ( @shawinfo ) of the airline industry. Service is not important when everyone is standing in the same line to be served. Dear @WestJet you.are.a.joke.

    @Shawhelp Not impressed with who we in my household have chatted with from Shaw. Telling us we do not have a connection problem when we can hardly use our internet without constant disconnections and then closing our chat claiming to have “resolved the issue.”
