    Didn’t think it was possible, but I’m pretty sure I hate @TELUSsupport even more than I hated @Shawhelp. Apparently, my expectation of both consistently fast internet speeds & good customer service is completely unrealistic. I mistakenly thought that’s what I was paying for.

    @Shawhelp I need help please. For the last two days our WIFI signal is dropping (on all devices) about every five minutes, consistently throughout the day. What can be done to correct this? It’s very frustrating!

    @menard_ray @TELUSsupport @Shawhelp Feel for you. I’ve been a Shaw customer for almost 30 years. I flirted with TELUS at one point but hated the service and support. My fear now is when Rogers takes over Shaw as their service and support out East sucks.

    @Shawhelp Hey. Still waiting to get a mobile phone taken off my account. I recieved a notification on 611 for the amount owing on the phone that I've been trying to cancel until November. Can I please get this escalated. This is very trying on one's nerves.
