@PaulDoroshenko @Shawhelp I left Roger's for Shaw because Roger's service was so bad. Now I guess they've infected Shaw. Our whole cable telecom system needs revamping to increase competition. Corporations were price fixing bread so it's not surprising what they've done with telecom.

@Shawhelp Sadly we do this and are told same things disconnect all for 30 seconds the plug back in etc. No one is too concerned with the frequency of the service crashing. It’s unacceptable and awful. My husband said to the tech service two days ago… talk to you in two days.

@Shawhelp 2 of 2. They say not to worry. They'll send someone back on the 11th!! They won't come any sooner they're too busy?? tho he's my 84 year old dad has begged about 15 agents on the phone!! Complete crap!! I'm switching to Telus. So are they!!

@TELUS or @TELUSsupport I’m getting really sick of having to call in and cancel a service my grandparents never ordered (at 150/MONTH). I’ve had 3 convos with staff, and other family have called 5+ times to get these charges removed. 😡😡 Pretty soon we’re going back to @ShawInfo

@peggypoohkathy @Shawhelp @TELUS Telus is has a much more reliable system but their service is just as bad. What got me was I the guy who booked the work order exactly my concern. And he assured me it wouldn’t happen.

@ShawInfo i scheduled an appointment for today for a tech to come and fix my internet from 8-10 am. It is now 9:40am and the tech isnt even here yet. No text or call from anyone to let me know what is going on. You guys have the worst service ever.

Sucks that Canadian cable subscribers can't watch the ALDS #RedSox #Rays game 3 today. Neither @ShawInfo nor @TELUS carry @MLBNetwork. Luckily I haven't paid for cable in many years because of crap like this. Canadians can watch on DAZN.
