    @Shawhelp Darren, I’m sure you’re a nice guy. But you’re not understanding that I’ve dealt with this MANY times over the past couple of months. I’ve talked talked to your support team MULTIPLE times. I’m kinda over it. I shouldn’t have to work this hard to obtain service I already pay for.

    @Shawhelp The majority of university students are women. They don’t go into tech because it’s another service industry with little human interaction unless they work at the hellhole call centre where they get mistaken as secretaries on the other line. Make the industry fit for humanity
