@Shawhelp I really think you need to be staffed 24/7. This is the year 2020 and your customers are often required to be available 24/7. My internet is fine but am having trouble accessing Shaw webmail accounts. Even MyShaw showing error 404 msg. Pls. advise. Central Vancouver

@TrustTheHoff @FelixLaPoubelle @Shawhelp For me, the Shaw & SN Now apps stream perfect. I only notice the pixelation on my BlueCurve boxes. It’s just something they can’t or won’t fix. Shaw told me it was a channel frequency issue. Since it started in November when Shaw put 4K up, I’m guessing it’s a bandwidth issue.

@Shawhelp Hi! We've been having issues with our Internet connection, both wireless & ethernet on our laptops & desktops since yesterday afternoon. Not affecting our mobiles. Connection either doesn't work or is unstable. We've done hard reboots etc.

@Shawhelp It’s been a problem for me all week on webmail cannot sign in. Mailbox full need access to webmail. You really need to allow more mail storage!!
