    I haaate ShawOpen wifi networks. I’m not a #Shaw customer but my phone always finds the networks in public places & obviously can’t connect.. so then websites etc won’t load & I have to turn wifi off & then forget & then use all my data. Gah. @ShawInfo you’re driving me crazy.

    @Shawhelp Hi Shaw Help Team. Why do you have wait times spoken while going on hold when the times are not realistic? 35-45 has been 75 mins so far.

    @Shawhelp gotta say for all the money I pay for internet with you guys it should be a hell of a lot more reliable. My service is down AGAIN. Is it your service or is it the crappy 7 year old router I’m still having to rent from you jokers. Nice to have it all fixed.
