    @Shawhelp internet in poco seems to be dropping stream strength on and off. Any word on that?? Already did the unplug method but still having issues

    @Shawhelp I get not wanting to diagnose over social media. I'm only hear to try and spread the word it might be something else. It could just be something on my end. Last time this happened it was not just a me issue and Shaw did in fact mess something up. Maybe it is maybe it isn't idk.

    @Shawhelp Is there a known issue/fix with the Blu Curve set top boxes where shows will show as recorded but will only playback the first few minutes and then freeze? This is happening a bit too often with our device.
