@shawinfo @Rogers will invest 6.5 billion in Western Canada to build "critically needed 5G networks" Who fcking asked for 5G. Spend money improving overall coverage would be a better solution. Speeds of current wireless is only crap where coverage is weak. 5G wont solve it.

You have to love @shawhelp internet and cable are down and their idiot self serve system tells me to log into myshaw to find out if there are outages. Absolutely the worst customer service. Government can't allow these monopolies to over charge and under perform.

@VoortGregory @Shawhelp Right? I'm a pretty forgiving person and I'm not particularly mad, things happen! If a car ran into a server building, that's hard to fix! I just want to know!

@telus if Telus sales people were smart, they’d have a signup special right now for all the @Shawhelp people right now. Over 12 hours and no internet, no eta. Bad customer service.

@AlbertaatNoon yes I've already made plans to cancel my @ShawInfo account if and when this merger goes through. All this will do is make Brad shaw an even richer person. Customers will suffer, and people will lose jobs.
