  @Shawhelp I signed up for Shaw last week but keep getting bumped off internet. I'm on chat for help and I've been on here over 45 min but 2 agents have had to go off their shift or on their breaks. So I'm not getting helped. I don't get this service.

  @brockgs @FedEx @ShawInfo I was directly transferred to another department and then sat on hold for like 20 minutes, at the end, their system was down haha.

  NOT getting the service I'm paying for, you are doing nothing to fix it. You *will* let us out of the contract with NO penalty & U *will* negotiate with @ShawHelp for a superb deal & U *will* be at my house in a fat hurry to remove your equipment so that Shaw can install theirs.
