@Shawhelp Since starting my work computer at 7:15, I have been disconnected from wifi approximately 20 times, and had to restart once when connection was completely lost. All this started when we « upgraded » to Bluecurve modem. Please don’t tell be reboot again, just fix it.

@Shawhelp @Navonod123 Any info now? My internet is through a reseller of yours and they told me "there is currently a known issue in the area...and they are actively working to resolve the issue". Do you have an ETA on when this will be resolved? Shaw should be more transparent.

@Shawhelp Require your help. The internet services in my area(R3C3H3) are going on and off and it's really hard for me to attend the meetings. I have been raising this issue with your support team but they say they don't see any issue. My entire apartment is facing the issue
