Wake up to my @ShawInfo internet being down, others in my building reporting the same thing, get forced to wait 24+ hours for a technician to “come and possibly resolve issue”. Real great, but you’ll send me letters and emails if I’m even an hour late with paying my bill. 🙄

It’s -36, we can’t go out, it’s Super Bowl 🏈 Sunday, the cable shits the bed, they need to send out a technician... not until the 19th 🤬 House bound with no internet or cable... thanks for the spectacular service @Shawhelp Shaw 🙄

@HartmutSachse @Shawhelp Many vendors support…Take your pick ArubaHPE/Cisco/Meraki/Ruckus/Extreme/etc. The trickier part is generating profiles for iOS/Android clients. Passpoint is interesting to play with, almost a victim of too much flexibility.
