Hi @Shawhelp. I need to make changes to my Shaw Account, and I can't find an actual phone number to call to speak to a real human. Can you help?

Looks like @Shawhelp internet is down in Edmonton.

@ShawInfo my Landlord sold my home and I'm being evicted. Our new rental is 50% more than what we currently pay and already includes internet. Shaw is charging me $300 to cancel my contract early, which they have every right to do. Anyone I can talk to to plead? This sucks.

  • MikeWednesday08 MikeWednesday (@MikeWednesday08) reported

@Shawhelp why do I keep having problems with my internet? The connection goes down, or I just lag constantly. It’s getting very annoying. I thought it was a modem problem so I had it replaced but it does the same thing still. It’s getting so annoying.

  • FrugalishMD Frugalish Physician (@FrugalishMD) reported

@Shawhelp Also, the very lovely customer service rep who I did finally speak with spent about 10 minutes checking to see if I qualified for the $45 a month unlimited mobile plan. Before checking to see if the plan is available in my area (spoiler alert: not available).

  • Togunnariwo Tope (@Togunnariwo) reported

@Shawhelp Answer me this: where’s my money from seven months ago from Shaw Mobile. You guys asked me to expect a phone call on Monday to resolve this issue. It’s now Wednesday. Let this be a lesson to anyone signing up for any Shaw products. You’ll be disappointed and not get your $ back.

  • GreenRevoPod Micah Dewey | Good$ News Podcast (@GreenRevoPod) reported

@Shawhelp It's awfully cute this message Unfortunately, the supervisor apparently didn't understand the issues were and had been completely unhelpful. You can't just charge people for services they cancelled. Or I guess you can, cuz you do Maybe more people should be aware. @CBCNews

@Shawhelp what’s going on downtown Edmonton? Keep losing service.

  • LucasRSimoes Lucas Rabello Simões (@LucasRSimoes) reported

@ShawInfo - You sell me a service claiming its fibre but its actually Cable - I move to a new address, you say there is no service in my area - I sign up for Telus & call shaw for cancelling - Now you say there is service here and charge me $75 cancellation fee. What the hell?
