Tried logging into a Shaw Go hotspot as a guest on my iPad earlier today because I forgot my cellphone at home. The brainiacs then said we emailed you an activation code. Well guess what? I didn’t have wifi so I couldn’t open my email. Terrible. @Shawhelp

@Shawhelp Tech support isn't 24/7. Note: Jan 16, 2022, Shaw Mobile agents will be unavailable from 8:15pm PST till Jan 17 at 6:00am PST. Does 24/7 mean something different to you guys? Working from home and having to tether my pc to my phone. Thankfully not on a shaw phone.

@Shawhelp @SinatraSoul Pretty condescending customer service here. I’ve had BlueCurve for over 2 years now and half your channels were in SD until only 4 months ago when you finally upgraded them.

@Shawhelp I've had to provide the DM with an account number virtually every time only to then be asked for it again by the support person after that. Fair enough re the different types of equipment.

@Shawhelp Hi hoping you can help. Problems with pixalation all connections are good. Had same issues at beginning of January but cleared up on it's own. Really windy in Calgary today, could that be the issue?
