  @brettdrc Support is non-existent, by design. They bundle mobile, home phone and internet. Billing is confusing, and inaccurate. Thwy refuse to help, in writing, even regards life safety, Beware @Shawhelp

  @Shawhelp internet has been down for 23 of the last 25 hours. Came back on for 2 hours only to go down again. Tech support said it would be back on in an hour more than 2 hours ago. What is going on
