@kailnotkait @ShawInfo The fibre optics they use is unreal man. Shaws connection isn’t port forwarded to each individual house. Instead their transformer is on a shared network with your neighbors that’s why it’s so slow. Telus’s infrastructure allows personal connection with each house, I agree bro

@FaventeWell We are absolutely compatible (had it last season, have BlueCurve & brand new hardware in Aug 2019) but Centre Ice is not working for us either. The message on screen says we need a subscription @Shawhelp

Regrets of long term relationships. What's yours? I've been with Shaw communications @ShawInfo for 15+ years. In Nov I changed providers due to very low Internet service & returned equipment except what they call a Set-top box. Instead of @Shawhelp telling me I did not return

The latest ‘pending’ decision is in regard to Band 10, Internet Service (1001 Mbps – 1500 Mbps). @ShawInfo has broken with the procedure for this again, by arbitrary setting an “acceptable range” for this band, $101.69-$127 Per month. But has not provided a cost analysis. 11/
