    @Shawhelp hi, are you able to tell me if there’s anything wrong with my landline? Both handsets have no dial tone and have said “line in use” for 2 days. I’ve reset the modem, unplugged everything and nothing. I assume since there’s no dial tone that’s a Shaw issue?

    @Shawhelp The app doesn’t even launch. So I think the problem is through the shaw box, not Netflix.
