    @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp If that doesn't fix the problem they should test your line/communication from their office. It sounds to me like you'd need a new router but I do have to do this to mine once in a while.

    @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp Just as bad. I have called every month since the beginning of my contract as the billing is always incorrect. It’s been 7 months. Ugggh

    @Shawhelp Website says it is fixed but that is absolutely not the case. Bad messaging so far. Very little detailed info. Many of us rely on internet access for work. I get awful cell service where I live. If weather related outage is understandable. If it’ Shaw related, let us know.

    @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp I *** a smokin deal from Telus for all services. High speed internet, Optik TV, phone and security. Plus free Prime, Netflix and Crave almost 2yrs ago. Shaw customer for ever before. Customer service is ok. Once you wait or get a call back they solve stuff well. Do it.

    @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp Does it do that on every single TV or just one? Also when you say you need to 'unplug the box' is that just the little box or have you tried to cold reboot the main router? I find mine gets laggy at times and voice command/pvr sucks I have to hard reboot the main box.

    @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp I think where you live makes is a huge factor. Telus never worked well for me. Never managed to hit promised speeds. Always excuses. Shaw has been better for me overall. I think they both suck at customer service though.
