@Shawhelp Thanks! It’s a TV issue. Just need an A34 or A35 command sent to his box but the first rep did not have the ability to send that command from CBS. Sent to another line for support. Waiting an additional 30 more minutes.

@wildrose76 @Shawhelp It's ridiculous that they cut service because they "wanted" to upgrade the cable boxes. Not a good way to run a business. The local news is really the only feature that's any good.

@ShawInfo I just want to tell you that your website for online shopping and searching for plan options sucks! I find nothing but go into a store. What’s the point of your website? I just want info on internet only. Your cable is getting way overpriced!

@Shawhelp @northvanthrift1 I just got off the phone with your tech support (a very lovely person, btw)...and was told no ETA on the fix. Pods are still not working. Advised to unplug and try again in a few days. So problem NOT fixed
