@Shawhelp What would be great is if you actually used this Twitter account to inform and communicate with your customers. Kinda like BC Hydro does. There are clearly issues in Vancouver Kitsilano areas but no updates, no information from Shaw. Why have a help account if it’s not utilized?

@ChrisLaBossiere @Shawhelp @TELUS It really depends on "what's available" in your area. There's no Telus Fibre Optic where I live, but the "Shaw cable utility box" is on my property. From a customer service perspective, I would have already switched. I'm a captive audience, based on what's available.
