    @Shawhelp Thanks for this update … customer service improves with customer feedback like mine. Next time just turn on TV and see if “The Frame” is on your own TV.

    @Shawhelp Hi, my internet has been down about 7hrs now and I'm not seeing my location in the outage section. I contacted support earlier and she said there was an open incident INC1743915 for my area. My postal code is V3B7W4. Any ETA's on service restoration?

    @Bigroyalt @Shawhelp @ShawDirect S'funny, if you want to pay, add a service etc. you get through no problem. Fixed up in no time
