@Shawhelp my internet is down. I tried unplugging the router (60sec) and plugging it back in. I checked and my last bill was paid in full. My phone connects to wifi but it has no internet. My neighbor next door has Shaw and theirs is working. Why don't I have internet?

@Shawhelp your service sucks. Wifi went out@10pm Tuesday.. it’s still out. I’ve reset it every way possible. & accrued 5+ hours of wait time on the phone (3 different calls) to never reach anyone. To the point we’re waiting for a modem from a new company cause y’all suck.
