@ShawInfo who could contact me about a client retention help I'd like to ask for. I am a client, moving to an area in Delta, BC where Shaw internet is not yet available, asking for options to stay on as a Shaw mobile client with 5 lines without losing the current mobile pricing.

@ShawInfo @TreeCanada I can hear your wifi. the blue curve modems are emitting something audible - not just device/electronics hum - the EMF is AUDIBLE. Like, bone resonance or something. Any place with Shaw modem has this issue. Needs to be addressed

@Shawhelp My "Dual Band Wireless USB Adapter" that receives the signal from the Router. Distance and barriers play a part in how good the reception is. The computer must be about 8 years old but I upgraded the adapter years ago with a far better one than stock.

@TELUSsupport It wasn’t (and isn’t) the neighbourhood status, it is my house service. The service drops out ALMOST EVERYNIGHT around midnight and the modem has to be reset in the morning. 10 years with @Shawhelp and never a single issue. 6 months with TELUS and nothing but issues

  • Lexiemax1308 shughss (@Lexiemax1308) reported

@Shawhelp This wasn’t an error. There was a message posted that this was necessary (by Shaw) household maintenance and that our service would be interrupted until it was complete. We lost several minutes and it was incredibly frustrating.
