    Not really sure why but @ShawInfo’s “plug and play” modems aren’t really as advertised. Received an upgrade for mine today, plugged it in, followed instructions. Modem has rebooted twice now after completing setup (no software updates according to lights) and speed is horrible.

    @Shawhelp. If you enjoy dropped calls, calls not coming through, internet not working, and most importantly, having a multi billion dollar company sit on your money just because they can, then Shaw Mobile has got the right package for you.

    @Shawhelp @BBBTriCounties in surrey been without internet for 23 hours now. Called shaw nothing online chat with support not much help. Now ur message says tech difficulties and it just hangs up. What’s going on with services and lack of support only response no issues in area
