4/x September 21st, almost a month later, the questionable staff of @shawhelp confirmed with me that my balance was no longer owing and that they’ve notified Pro Collections to take me off of their Collections list (which I should have never been put on in the first place).

@CalgaryBluesky @ShawInfo They did that for me too, but the service was so bad when Shaw called me and offered me money to come back I agreed. Then Telus sent me a cheque to cover the free credit they gave me that I didn't use.

Just renewed with @Shawhelp and all I can say is thankfully I have 10 days to cancel and get out of this horrible new glitchy service. Activation is a nightmare. Nothing is working. Does not bode well for the future. Looking into switching everything to @TELUS

Gotta love when my internet router not working causes me to lose out on work & $$ 🙃 my 3rd replacement router still doesn't work and when I got on support chat they ENDED THE CHAT because THEY RESET MY INTERNET AND IT TOOK LONGER THAN 5 MINS TO RECONNECT. @Shawhelp what the heck

@0CynicalBastard @ShawInfo I will never in my life give Shaw another cent. They ruined my view without thought or consideration after a decade of not having a cable run there. I just can't with them. EVER. I have been w Telus before &was happy so will give them my business.
