I’m pissed off at both @TELUSsupport and @shawhelp. Signed up with #Telus months ago and they said my #shaw internet would be canceled but it wasn’t. Shaw can see my service from them hasn’t been used for the last couple months but still want to be paid.

@Shawhelp Thanks fr your reply, but I've had to go all the way to the CRTC because, during an earlier sim sub issue, Shaw support _lied_ to me all the way up to management and told me sim sub wasn't Shaw's responsibility. I'm not going down that whole again.

@Shawhelp I already actually already talked to them they wanted another payment which I paid. So now the account should be closed. It’s just have been paying Shaw the last couple months for a service Which wasn’t being used.

@Shawhelp yeah, again, as the Sunday night NFL game comes to an end, my TV box suddenly decides that there is "no signal". Simply changing the channel up and back and the signal is there. I would lay money that your system, when removing the simultaneous substitution from 1/
