@simon_ook @bchydro I don’t get why a power outage in a relatively small area (149 people affected) means that I don’t have Internet kilometers away from there. Does @Shawhelp not have backup measures for this sort of thing? No other way to restore service?

@garlee @Shawhelp I’m having internet issues and cable too. It has to do with the fire that happened in Willoughby and unfortunately it will take several hours and maybe won’t be able to get internet or cable till tomorrow the latest.

@Shawhelp @thyzoburt So you’re telling people it’s still a ‘hydro related problem’; does that mean your techs aren’t able to work on it yet? Hydro says weeks or months to return power to fire destroyed site. If it’s still a hydro related problem your time frame makes no sense.

I'm so tired of fighting with @Shawhelp about internet problems. Seems to me I'm getting throttled down to nothing every evening sometimes for a few moments.. Other times like last night and tonight, for hours. All to be told there's nothing wrong. =/
