    Shaw cable out @Shawhelp chat won’t open, I do not have the patience to wait on hold for an hour+ I’ve unplugged everything, plugged it all back in to get the same damn msgs “connecting to your entertainment experience” for 30min then tighten your cables&restart RDK10000 Repeat

    @Shawhelp Well, that didn't work last time: why should it work this time? The technical team seems to be surprisingly non-technical. (Also pig slow.)

    The worst part of upgrading the Cable Tv box is that channel surfing now includes "you're not subscribed to this channel" 🙄 Is there any way to hide unsubscribed channels so I can channel surf in peace or is this just a fun feature of capitalism? @Shawhelp
