I called @Shawhelp today to try to cancel my grandmother's call waiting. They couldn't make any changes until the new contact came in on May 8 (?!?!). Apparently they're only allowed one work order at a time?

@ShawInfo is a joke. A UFC fight I never ordered showed up on my PVR. Called right away & was told I wouldn’t be charged. Bill comes & I’ve been charged & told there is nothing that can be done. This is after I cancelled my crave & continued to be charged & nothing was done.

@Shawhelp That has been done last night. Our internet and cable service had been CRAPPY for a while now and all I get is being told to “troubleshoot”. No concrete solution. I don’t know how much you pay your technicians that comes over to houses but I find that even they are no help 😒

@Shawhelp I know this isn't a Shaw issue, but I'm perplexed. We subscribe to Disney+, and supposedly, the movie "Nomadland" began its availability on Disney+ yesterday. It's not there- at least not on my Disney+. Could it be a regional thing?
