@stickers66 @iDLEcamera @Shawhelp Yeah it's been out for a while. The best part is when you call shaw technical support they say "Have you tried unplugging? Is it on a extension cord?" The stupidity of these agents are unreal.

  • AESTHETICWEEB69 Thisdobesomeunbasedshit (@AESTHETICWEEB69) reported

@Shawhelp using new modem you provided and internet has been down for an hour white light blinking

  • Graysdir Graysdir (@Graysdir) reported

@Shawhelp Had a shaw tech at our home, they stated that shaw is fully aware they are selling fiber speeds they cannot support. He recommended a lesser plan. Why upsell people to speeds you know you cannot support?

  • liz_baskin Basking lizard (@liz_baskin) reported

@Shawhelp Why don't you remove customers old account numbers and associated phone numbers? Just having people put cash into account profiles from 2005. Have some accountability for your database, your **** record keeping and stop extorting people for reconnection when you make mistakes.

  • wreckedrokstar Justin (@wreckedrokstar) reported

Almost 48 hours no internet @Shawhelp has no idea how to fix it..... This is the service you pay 120$ a month for in a cash strapped world

  • JessieMeguinis jess (@JessieMeguinis) reported

My home internet @ShawInfo is down, and I'm working from home like WTH Shaw

  • stickers66 Matt Lorenzi (@stickers66) reported

@Shawhelp I can understand outages, but 3+ hours down and nothing on your outages page. Would be be nice to get updates.

  • Stephen51413 Stephen Solomonson (@Stephen51413) reported

@ShawInfo @Shawhelp Forcing a reboot of television boxes every day is a cheap security hack that needs to be fixed because it is interrupting television viewing. Reboot on power down. And get rid of OSD timeouts (press 'exit' to exit), and redundant notifications about batteries.
