    @GamerTravelling @ShawInfo @Shawhelp I talked with Shawhelp in DM's and they did something, not sure what, but they did something and it became more or less manageable. Seems to be coming back though so I'ma just leave this laundry out again and keep collecting ****. May send a Demand Letter honestly.

  • nekaishi Nekaishi || VTuber (@nekaishi) reported

    @GamerTravelling @ShawInfo @Shawhelp That conversation was months ago, literally last September. I still have the issue and its getting bad and entirely unmanageable again.

  • casseymhunter Cassey Hunter (@casseymhunter) reported

    How do you talk to someone that can actually help you at @Shawhelp?? I’ve been trying to get a tech for 2 months here. Had two no shows this week and they keep saying it’s “fixed” when I call. It really isn’t. It’s actually always worse.

  • GamerTravelling TG 🔴🐼 (@GamerTravelling) reported

    @nekaishi @ShawInfo @Shawhelp And if noise is an issue in most cases its due to power being run to close to communications lines and/or improper shielding on the cabling

  • stRoseBakery1 stRoseBakery (@stRoseBakery1) reported

    @Shawhelp Do you offer discounts if TV is down? Literally the only reason I pay for cable is Flames games. My tv has been down past 45 mins and missing the game. So paying $90 a month and still not getting the only thing i wanna watch?

  • dadtuber Best DadTuber 🗞️ (ENVtuber) - Scuffed ASMR Arc (@dadtuber) reported

    @nekaishi @ShawInfo @Shawhelp Can you go to anyone else? Sometimes threatening to leave gets them to finally fix their act.

  • IanSeggie Ian Seggie 🇺🇦 (@IanSeggie) reported

    Can’t watch the game tonight. Huge shout out to @ShawInfo and @Shawhelp for your reliable service. #ymm #yyc #yeg

    Hey @ShawInfo your service has sucked the last couple of days in the Clareview area. It keeps dropping out. Router says all is fine but no Internet. Which is really a piss off at night when I'm stuck up sleepless. And during the day when my wife is trying to earn a living. Fix it

  • tracyinkits tracy (@tracyinkits) reported from Calgary, Alberta

    @Shawhelp like clockwork my TV/cable box won't stay on. This happens about every 6wks. I call and we do a routine song and dance. Wtf does this keep happening?

  • GamerTravelling TG 🔴🐼 (@GamerTravelling) reported

    @nekaishi @ShawInfo @Shawhelp From the conversation you provided, I can tell you noise CAN be a problem, but it's going to between the CMTS and end users. I would recommend talking to others in your neighborhood to see if others are experiencing the same issues. If they aren't, this is targeted throttling.
