@TELUS I’ve had the worst customer service from your company in the last 8 weeks trying to set up my home internet and I’m not alone. 6 failed installation appointments and 4 hours on the phone, mostly on hold. I’m now sticking with @ShawInfo

@Shawhelp I seem to be having trouble with internet speeds. I sent a DM, but now realized it was in response to a previous DM request and - as such - may get overlooked as a previously closed issue. I'm posting here, just in case that happens.

But there is one flaw with the application system @Shawhelp. Why can I only allowed 3 devices at one time. A customer should be able to use the Television BlueCurve Free TV application on a minimum of 10 devices. cc @ShawInfo

@Shawhelp this customer service is horrible. We've been waiting for hours, through the phone, through the online chat, through Twitter DMs. No response, were about to cancel our service if we don't get a response.
