@Shawhelp I'm paying 115 for 500! Crap deal and 20 dollars increase. He said shaw tried to contact me many times as my contract was ending. I get how contracts work but did not receive those messages.

The customer service provided by Shaw @Shawhelp is ridiculous. Ask for a bit of understanding and you get zero. If you are with Shaw or thinking about going to Shaw I highly suggest you rethink your options. Telus, Bell and Rogers look mighty attractive right now.

@Shawhelp How convenient to say your support team will reach our to me to fix issues on your network but no ETA. 24hrs downtime still no call. Your #CustomerExperience sucks

Had to unplug the modem and the tv box again after a brief outage of @shawhelp internet. Imagine if I charged them $170/month for a car that stoped working randomly 9-20 times a month, they had to unhook the battery every time even if it was a flat tire. Garbage product.

I believe I am not asking too much to get the service I paid for? I paid for internet 300 but I am getting 1.46. And @Shawhelp is saying no ETA to resolve the issue. Downtime since December
