It died doing it's duty; providing me with high speed internet access both via internet and Wi-Fi. *sob* I am forever grateful for its service and will cherish the memories we made.

Shaw/Rogers has stated that their internet infrastructure in my community is unable to provide the 2Gbps download speeds during peak times. 50% to 70% bandwidth loss in peak times. But charging people for it.

Please send help faster. I was told it’s an isolated incident so there should be resources to send techs faster!

It has supposedly been fixed yet still no internet. Tried calling twice. Not resolved. Have to wait almost a week for a technician to come fix your modem🤨
