@Shawhelp Your tech assistance confirmed an outage in our area but it isn’t listed in your outages. Given that the ETA is maybe up to two days, can you have the outage details updated on your website so customers can follow status?

@Shawhelp I already actually already talked to them they wanted another payment which I paid. So now the account should be closed. It’s just have been paying Shaw the last couple months for a service Which wasn’t being used.
