    @Shawhelp today is the third day I have been trying to contact your technical support and it is heartbreaking. On one of those days I waited on the call for over 5 hours and no one answered. Can someone reach out to me please? Thank you.

    @Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.

    Another outage @Shawhelp. Third today and second full, long outage in just over a week. Open ticket but no communication to customers on their website for any of it.

    @Shawhelp I’m getting no signal on one of my tvs and the box underneath has no lights but the other boxes do. I changed the hdmi cable and still nothing.

    @Shawhelp internet has been awful the last two days in NW Calgary cut out for hours at a time. Cell service too.
