    I have never had so much trouble with my TV as I do now with #ShawBlueCurve @Shawhelp it's terrible. I keep getting no signal.

    Hi @Shawhelp. My cable TV has been having problems for a few weeks now. Video pauses frequently, sometimes audio too, and sometimes screen goes black. On all 3 TVs. Have rebooted Shaw boxes but doesn’t help.

    Hey @ShawInfo For almost 3 years you haven’t recognized my phone number. Recently we fixed this issue. Or so I thought. Same old problem. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR COMPANY???? I have a billing issue & can’t get through.

    @ShawInfo Been Shaw customer for over 5 years, never paid for the modem rental, now Shaw is charging for the rental modem as you renew your service plan. Also got these pod extenders, very unergonomic design, not only it blocks the power outlet its sharp corners get caught,disappointed!
