    @ShawInfo my elderly neighbour spent an hour or more on the phone for his issue and asked for a technician to come out. Would pay for one to come out. Was told ask your grandkid to come help. #Crappy #lackofservice #notanoption

    @Shawhelp They never responded so I just power cycled the modem myself but with my shingles it hurt so much I was left crying in pain. Had to take extra painkillers because of this. Wish your equipment was reliable. Also a hearty **** YOU for putting me through this

    @Shawhelp do something about Shaw internet in Vancouver's west end. Constant erratic 5-10 minute drops in service are becoming really annoying. Community boards on Facebook and Reddit will show that literally hundreds of people are having this issue. FIX IT NOW

    Nor should I have to spend tomorrow on the phone to unwind this mess with @ShawHelp and the collections company. But I will. There’s ZERO appreciation for customer time in this industry. Canadian Telecoms - we deserve better.
