@Shawhelp Yes I know there's an issue in my area that has come and gone multiple times and you aren't fixing it. Between Telus Ingress on the plant and a botched infrastructure leg somewhere... IT JUST NEEDS TO BE FIXED... I know this because I used to work for you guys. FIX THIS.

@TELUS sent us equipment without authorization and took money from our account for a service we@never asked for (theft in my books). Now they expect US to ship the unwanted equipment before we get a refund. @Shawhelp, expect a call from us tomorrow.

@Shawhelp @FreedomMobile P.S. I used to be proud to be a Shaw customer in that when I spoke to an agent they were always a fellow CDN. The folks I spoke to today in Belize were earnestly trying to do their jobs but honestly they just don't understand my circumstances or needs the way a fellow CDN would!

@Shawhelp That's just a convenient excuse. If you were so inclined you guys could look me up in your internal database and just reach out on the basis of doing a 'wellness check' on my customer satisfaction to ensure you got the right customer. Don't worry, I won't hesitate to ID myself!
