    Just got off the phone with @ShawInfo to cancel service. Imagine my surprise to find out I was signed up for another 2 yr contract I didn't agree to. They just lost my future business. Check your bills folks.

    Cancel ALL SEVICES WITH @SHAWHELP ALL SHAW COMMUNICATIONS THEY LIE AND THEY STEAL AND THEY TELL YOU YOU'RE GETTING THE BEST PACKAGE FOR YOUR MONEY ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY HAVE RIPPED YOU OFF HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS EVERY YEAR.

    Oh man. Like anything user interface-wise made by non gamers for any online account is so brutal. It takes all of 5 seconds to update credit card info for xbox/psn/Nintendo but to update my card info for my internet provider? Its been 45 minutes. Get your **** together @Shawinfo

    @Shawhelp so your policy is to turn off shaw email access to 80+ year old widows after their spouse passes, when the most important things EVER are being managed over that email. Worst possible time to turn off their electronic comms. Terrible approach. Archaic policy.

    @Shawhelp I just wanted to say Shaw is one of the few companies I’ve never had a problem with. Internet is almost always performing perfectly. Never an issue with billing or customer service. Great work.

    @Shawhelp And dont even tell le to use the app. It doesnt work. I can log in no problem using the website but the app literally shits itself and then accuses me of shitting myself.

    @Shawhelp There isn’t even a place to view my current plan and service address. Like this is awful in twrms of UI/UX design. It should not be this complicated
