It's clear to me after three days of terrible service that @ShawInfo is no longer a capable service provider. I live in a capital city and their services are unreliable and frustrating. Sadly I'm on contract with this bad corporate player who cares not about their customers. #yyj

Just had one of the most atrocious customer service experiences of my life with @ShawInfo @Shawhelp. 2 hours of my weekend wasted, and I still have internet that doesn’t work, a service appointment that’s too late to help us work for the next 2 days, an old package where 1/2
