The service at #Shaw is actually getting worse - and we're a biz client with 3 accounts. Since Friday we've spent 14.5 hrs on the phone. Calls drop. Cannot reconnect. Four different reps have promised to call back - none have. Anyone else finding this? @Shawhelp @ShawInfo

@ShawInfo OMFG WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Trying desperately to set up preauth on my mother-in-law’s account. My husband/her son died two weeks ago today and she is elderly and disabled but they are 100% unwilling to help. I have BEGGED for a supervisor call back 8 times

@Shawhelp. this seems the only way to escalate. We use Shaw business internet. For several days, getting a High Latency Problem that Support says "we are working on". 3 remote offices, connected by VPN, are not functioning because the HLP means constant disconnects. 1/2

@Shawhelp Hello Jay. I’ve been on chat for 90 mins going in circles and am ready to sob. My husband died two weeks ago today after a short brutal 3 month battle with cancer after never being sick a day in his life. 2nd time in 1 mth w/worst cust svc for mom in law
