    lmao I switched my internet to my husband's name with @Rogers slash @ShawInfo and the nice man at the store said I had to call to cancel my current internet, can't do it in store, so I've called every day since Saturday and waited more than an hour on hold without getting thru

    @Shawhelp Because it’s a loud modem from the start/ in general. The worst modem I’ve ever had. I honestly miss our old modem.

    I miss the coaxial days. Live sports are delayed so bad that sports apps notifications go off first @Shawhelp

    @Shawhelp @LindsayWiebeRD Former Shaw client here of over 25 years. I recommend switching to another provider. Shaw Cable has horrible customer service and no respect for long time customers all they want is your money. I blame it on the merger with even more greedy Rogers customers are just a number now

    @Shawhelp is there an internet outage in Winnipeg. North Kildonan region? Myself and Shaw using neighbors are all having issues this morning. Cant access the outage map since it's stuck on British Columbia for some reason and your apps won't log in. Not that they ever work anyway

    @Shawhelp No. It looks like someone found the issue when they came back to work on Monday … next time, please just have someone go to a TV and check for me please. Sometimes the easy way can be easy …

    @Shawhelp is there an outage in Strathmore, AB for Rogers / Shaw internet service? What is the estimated time for a fix? Your outage map says no problems.
