@Shawhelp Still waiting! Does anyone work there? EACH SHAW SUPPORT could have taken over 60 callers during this time! There are alot of pissed off customers and if you want to keep them, HIRE MORE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!

@Shawhelp I've been waiting on hold for FIVE HOURS for support and STILL no agent! Don't you think it's about time Shaw hires a SECOND AGENT? This is unacceptable considering Shaw is one of the few companies making money during the pandemic. HIRE MORE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!

@Kromski1 @ShawInfo Our internet has gone wonky too, their solution is always 'fibre'. I refused them entry onto my property when they laid the cables, so nope! Copper has worked all these years, make it work, not playing these games... keep us posted if Shaw has any more integrity than Telus.

@Shawhelp My PVR (a couple years old) needs frequent rebooting: about once a week. Otherwise there is HUGE lag with the remote: up to 15 or more seconds before there is any response. As well, it frequently mutes sound when hitting Play after a Pause. TWO YEARS of this crap.

.@Shawhelp I’ve spent over 3hrs, transferred between 5 agents on chat. Called, transferred, forwarded to FREEDOM mobile (WTF?) for activation, re-dialed Shaw 5-6 times. ALL THIS TO ACTIVATE A NEW SIM. Your warehouse sent cars to wrong address.
