    @TerrelHince @Shawhelp This is the problem with having a centralized customer service line. Takes forever for Shaw to realize it's an outage (probably from the garage fire that happened this evening) and it's too late and dark now to fix it

    @Shawhelp Back on only ~1.5 hours off. Thats not bad. Your customer service guy was nice enough but i think needs more training. Created extra stress for no reason.
