    1/ Update on @shawhelp fiasco. They have turned off the email account for my 83-year old mother, who needs it for EVERY important account she had with my father. Shaw Customer Service told her to signup for gmail and call all of her important accounts to change access details.

    @MattCella @Shawhelp Ive been having weird red/blue colour issues on my HD feed of Golf Channel for weeks! I'm using the Motorola DCX 3400M box. All other channels are fine...same issue for you? Any solution?

    @Shawhelp 2/ Then... They made her phone number ANONYMOUS so her friends don't answer as it looks like spam, and family numbers in Europe won't even process incoming calls. @shawhelp still happily sends the bills along despite being in egregious breach of delivery of service.

    @Shawhelp just an FYI…a month ago we had internet issues and your techs apparently came by 3 times even though there was someone here at all times and I had to fight with my provider for compensation due to nobody coming for 2 weeks!Maybe tell your techs to leave a calling card
