ok @Shawhelp now im really irked. Cancelled my mobile account back in Jan was told id get my deposit back by mail. Fast forward to now. No refund. So i dig up my acct # and go into the store. "we cant help you". why the frick you here then? NEVER AGAIN. #Scammed

I would love to get rid of my house phone but our cell reception is so bad in my area that calls drop when I enter my neighbourhood. @Telus told me years ago when I had a cellphone with them, that this was my problem, which is one reason we switched to @ShawInfo. Rude. (2)

Big shout out to #shawcable for great customer service and prompt installation. After 3+ hours of hold time and total lack of service or response from @TELUS over 3 weeks, @shawinfo had our internet for work up and running in less than 24 hours from first call to job complete.
