@Shawhelp What is going on in #StAlbert area that #Shaw cannot keep services running? 3rd day in a row we have disruptions. It takes 2-3hrs for outage to show on website. But you still make us do "home fixes" like rebooting. @Shawhelp needs better internal communication.
