For anyone wondering.. if you move house but don't have a new home and can't use their service @ShawInfo will still continue to charge you for their services even though they can't provide it 👎 #lessonlearned #monopoly No wonder @TekSavvyBuzz are so popular nowadays

@Shawhelp Random blackouts the last couple of days. This has been happening off and on for a year. I hate to say it but I may go to Telus. I've been with Shaw for 15 years but for the last year it's service has been hit and miss.

@ShawInfo you should be ashamed of what you are doing to me promise a good deal for not switching to @TELUS and then don't apply the offer and charging more then what was promised and can't talk to a manager this has been going on sec Jan 1 and still can't fix it
