@ZeegersTV @CTVCalgary @ShawInfo enough with your lack of customer service! You have people that rely on your service to make a living, put food on the table and you cant hold up on your end! Get someone out that has half a brain cell and tests the connections ALL DAY. Not 1 hour

@ShawInfo I tried 3x to call customer service today & kept receiving someone in Belize. I asked to be transferred to an agent in Canada - they had no capability of doing that. Some worker bee in Belize is not going to be able to help me with I need. Unacceptable!

@TELUS sent us equipment without authorization and took money from our account for a service we never asked for (theft in my books). Now they expect US to ship the unwanted equipment before we get a refund. @Shawhelp, expect a call from us tomorrow.

@Shawhelp And I'm continuing to tweet as I believe the level of support that you've provided me today was unacceptable and Shaw needs to be publicly called out for this on the basis that public perception seems to be the only way to ever bring about change in 'too big' organizations!
