@Shawhelp No point in calling, spending 30 minutes to an hour of my valuable time on the phone when you're not going to fix the problem. It is clear after 3 days of this you will not fix it and you don't care.

@Shawhelp after being on hold for 40 minutes your tech said someone can look at our cable modem next Wednesday. Who has to tell our customers to not come till next Wednesday cause Shaw Internet took down our POS?

@Shawhelp Virtual assistant killing everyone .. unable to reach live agent . getting calls from 18884722222 also automated messages .. very tough to reach Shaw support .. for unknown billing invoices.. no option except reaching local police 😙
