@Shawhelp Help or lack there of? I have no internet and shaw will do nothing about it except they are sending a technician to my home on October 28th.. That is nearly 30 years as a customer of Shaw that Shaw is tossing out the window.

@Shawhelp The details are well known by your technical team. Unless the entire system has been borked, like last year, selecting "OK", changing channels away and back fixes the issue. As stated, I've had it with Shaw's inability to fix it or their indifference.

@Shawhelp just had a 90 minute chat session with shaw support to arrange a service call. Could have been a 5 minute phone call. What an abysmally inefficient business process.

@ShawInfo am I the only who completely garbage wifi for over $100 a month. Constant drops and disconnect, I may as well go sit in a Starbucks. You should be embarrassed by this subpar service.
