@Shawhelp I get not wanting to diagnose over social media. I'm only hear to try and spread the word it might be something else. It could just be something on my end. Last time this happened it was not just a me issue and Shaw did in fact mess something up. Maybe it is maybe it isn't idk.

@Shawhelp The support team just wastes your time for 2 hours then books a service tech that's a week out. Funny how everyone all around gets the exact same service call timelines. Now the my Shaw app will not work and the chat feature seems to be having problems as well.

Been trying to connect with @FlairAirlines for 3 days now just to change my seats. These guys suck so bad at customer service that it's making @Shawhelp look like the greatest CS in the world.

@Shawhelp are you having issues with your cable service in the Silverspring area of Saskatoon. Our cable keeps blacking out for a few seconds every minute or so.
