@nataliejolyT8N @Shawhelp @TELUSsupport I am rural, and frequently am on Zoom meetings. I have over the air internet, maxing out at 10 Mbps. Not sure how what you have could be too slow, as I've never had a problem with mine. You may want to check your computer for an issue, or too many users at one time???

@Shawhelp Ngl but Shaw also has one of the most nicest techs and customer service reps always willing to help! And the best home phone service to I hope they will have a feature after talking with a rep to leave a feedback. !!
