@Shawhelp So our internet goes down, the tech support guy tells me to unplug a few cables (which didn’t work) and then tells me a tech can’t come out until at least Friday?! Unacceptable, maybe one of your competitors values our business more

@payne_cc @Shawhelp Glitching and pixelation have been a major issue with Shaw since November when they added their 4K channels. Everyone I know has the same issue at the same times on the same channels. SN360 is the worst. When you watch it on the Shaw app or the SN app everything is fine.
