    No stream today as the internet issues are back. Weirdly consistent numbers on up/down speeds, and ping when this happens. Almost like @ShawInfo is throttling our connection.

    Shaw/Rogers never responded to lowering my bill and I’ve even tried chat and calling multiple times in the past. I am in the process of filing a CRTC complaint. @RogersHelps @ShawInfo

    3 ******* hours @Shawhelp of hold and chat only to be told to call back tomorrow because your system can’t book an appointment for more than 2 days out. BS! And then you have the nerve to call and try to sign me up for a new contact. **** that.

    @Shawhelp No. It looks like someone found the issue when they came back to work on Monday … next time, please just have someone go to a TV and check for me please. Sometimes the easy way can be easy …
