    @Shawhelp i was on the phone for hours, this account is a new customer and we are in the area that have the services, the Welcome Home line isnt empowered, and have quoted different rates on the website they are "seeing" #falseadvertisement

    @grambowpg @Shawhelp @DolbyCinema I know. Their 4K is brutally compressed or not true 4K. Now a lot of other channels have banding and glitching, I’m assuming they’re having bandwidth issues.

    @Shawhelp So it was confirmed to be an issue with noise caused by trees. Someone shut our line off without making a note of it, will I be compensated for those two days I was without service?
