I got a connection in May and I was told there will be 50$ bill credit every month. The bill shows otherwise and it is one month credit. I want to cancel services because you are asking more than competitors. I don’t want to pay 345$ because company betrayed. @ShawInfo

@Shawhelp Not back up and running yet. The line was cut yesterday afternoon. We called and they said they would try to come but likely wouldn’t be till Monday. That leaves us the entire weekend without services and a couple weekdays. Would really appreciate your help. Hope to hear back.
