    @Shawhelp this company is becoming a joke inconsistent services with no apologies. Internet has gone down 4 times in the last 3 hours

    Shaws idea of help is providing links to their website. Not helpful. If you think I did not try this first. This must be the Rogers way. Will have to have a local IT provider fix the issue. @ShawInfo
