I love being without wifi because a neighbour got new service installed and the soonest appointment to get a technician in is A WEEK when I work FROM HOME during A PANDEMIC. @ShawInfo this is completely unacceptable

@Shawhelp Hard to tell you what my favourite video game is when ping to all the game servers is still over 100 for a majority of those in Edmonton due to the routing. So gaming for all of us sucks right now. Not to mention the lag.

@Shawhelp Any updates regarding the fixes to the video game server latency issues that have been occurring in the West? I read on the Shaw Communications subreddit that it was a server rack that needed to be replaced. Could we expect it to be fixed soon?
